How do I get BT to LISTEN & RESPOND to my genuine ...

I set up a new company with a new phone line in November with the sole aim of redirecting it to another manned line. The setting up was oh so easy - nothing too difficult for the sales man on the line. It was agreed a standard line, with add on redirection and only charges when redirected to mobile.
First month I spent loads of calls and loads of time hassling them to set up the redirection facility.
Then I received a bill with charges for 32 redirected calls - I got about two and both to a landline.
I called again and again and was told eventually that I was in the system and they would get back to me within two weeks.
Then nothing but a nasty call telling me to pay my bill or I would be cut off.
I paid the bill and just ignored the problem hoping it would go away! I just did not have either the time or the energy to face it all.
The next bill has just arrived - same problem 38 redirected calls - far too many - all charged.
I am so STRESSED about this. It is a new company and I cannot afford either the time or the cost.
Is there anyone at BT that I can speak to who will be able to help me rather than just push me from pillar to post?

Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank then power ON again in the normal way.] It is 'appsolutely' safe!

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried, until the problem is resolved. Back up all databefore making any changes.
Step 1
From the Calendar menu bar, select
Calendar ▹ Preferences ▹ Accounts
Choose the affected account from the list on the left and uncheck the box marked
Enable this account
Then check the box again. Test.
Step 2
Make a note of the account settings, then delete the account and add it back with the same settings.
Step 3
If you can't add the account, the settings may be invalid. Verify them. How you do that depends on what kind of account it is. If it's a Google calendar and you've activated 2-step verification, you need to generate an application-specific password in your Google account and enter it in place of your old password.
Step 4

Been having problems since Sep 2012 when I ordered my broadband & land line package. Paid in advance for 1 years line rental to get the discount. My broadband etc. never got going. Could not find out why. Since then has been one thing after another trying to sort. BT now demanding more money from me and will not listen to me re how to sort this out and instead want to engage a debt collection company/ take me to court for something that has come about due to their own negligence/competence issues. How do I get in communication with someone who will listen, explain to me where my broadband package is and recognise the contribution of BT to this mess & help sort it out? For my endeavours - I've been past from pillar to post - Extraordinary!

Events thus far –
Sep 12 – I tried to purchase the all in broadband, telephone line rental package advertised by BT at the time. After a number of attempts I achieved this and took the discount option to pay for a year’s line rental in advance. (I have the copy of the order confirmation and monies paid).
The new router did not arrive so made numerous calls but could not establish status/why my router had not arrived or how can we sort this out.
I sent in a complaint over the BT web site. I received a complaint ref no. Saying we will get back to you in 72 hrs. I heard no more! I then sent a separate email saying the same – what’s happening/how can we sort etc., to a member of staff @ BT I had been given to understand might help. I heard nothing. I was getting nowhere with BT who seemed at a loss to explain, despite my own endeavours to acquire the service I desired as was advertised. I was left with the purchase order confirmation and only the complaints acknowledgment as formal status – Outstanding/unresolved as far as I was concerned & had gotton lost in the myriad of departments/you need to call this number circle.
I considered that my only option to get my own broadband & line service was to go elsewhere and proceeded to do so. We are still in the month of Sep 12.
Oct 12 – By around 4th Oct I had my service at last albeit from another provider. It was for a similar ‘all in’ package where I again paid up front for discounted years line rental. I have itemised phone call bills from the new provider from this date.
I was still waiting to hear from BT re my September experience but heard nothing.
Nov 12 – Mid Nov I received a bill from BT for phone line charges for the period of 10th Nov 12 to 9th Feb 13! The letter went on to say these monies will be taken from my account on 24th November. Not being able to make sense of this, I phoned BT on 20th Nov 12 @ 3.50pm and explained the aforementioned. ‘ok, I’ll look into and come back to you’ or similar was how it was left. I got no further advice or explanation.
Notwithstanding my call on the 20th Nov, I now understand that BT went on to collect the monies for the charges to Feb 13 only not from my account!!
Why did this money get taken?? I still do not know despite my trying to find out and resolve.
Dec 12 – I understand this third party who had inexplicably had this money taken went on to recall the money (understandable) via the banking indemnity scheme. Meanwhile BT (inexplicably) credited this third parties account by £52.14! Around this time I received a credit not saying my bank account will be credited by the same!
Some of these Dec 12 goings on I have only recently established(Feb 13). Mad.....
Feb 13 – I receive a letter from BT dated 5th Feb demanding immediate payment for the monies that were called back by the third party last Dec!
On 6th Feb I get a letter from the Debt Recovery Unit giving me 10 days to pay these charges (line rental etc. from Nov 12 to Feb 13!) or else the full might of BT’s legal team & costs will descend upon me!
I can’t explain what it has been like since receiving that letter and my almost infinite attempts and correspondence with BT to sort this out. I’ve been battered with the ‘we’re right/you’re wrong’ attitude with no recognition or explanation from BT as to why they took the money in the first place or why they did not supply my, still outstanding order last September.
I have since established the BT were aware of my action to move to another provider by at least 25th Sep 12!!
I’ve tried & tried here, well beyond the call of duty spending something like 30 man hours on this to resolve. I’m left waiting for the knock at the door from BT’s legal team.

How do i get FMS to listen on port 80?

Hello,
I'm working on an app that is used by a client of ours that
is in state government. Because of their security settings, they
only have port 80 open to use for connections to our application.
We have a dedicated server running FMIS 3.0, and I've configured
the fms.ini file to contain the line
ADAPTOR.HOSTPORT = :80
instead of the default of 1935. I've restarted FMS, restarted
the server, changed the connection string in my Flash client to be
of the form rtmp://<server_name>:80/<app_name> but I
just can't get the app to connect. It works fine with 1935 in our
dev and test environments, but for our live server we really need
to be able to use port 80.
If anyone can tell me how to make this work I'd really
appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Jay, thanks for the advice. We actually have FMS running
on a dedicated server, so there are no other internet services
installed or running on that machine. I wasn't in charge of the
process to establish the system architecture, but I believe that
this decision was made to avoid the HTTP conflict issue you brought
up.
No, it turns out that in this case the problem was me. This
isn't unusual, I'm sorry to admit - I sometimes fail to think a
problem through before looking for assistance. The problem was with
the Flash client, in that during development it was configured to
use port 1935 on my local dev machine which is running FMS, IIS and
MySQL. In the live environment, each of these three services (well,
Apache for web server live) is running on a separate machine. When
I compiled my client, I'd neglected to correctly identify the FMS
server in the rtmp connection string :/
So, once I paid attention to what I was doing, I was actually
able to get the result I needed. Sorry for the disturbance, I'll
try to be a bit more observant in the future (or at least, I'll try
to try). Anyway, hopefully some other folks might benefit from this
discussion, because the documentation is a bit sparse on how to
exactly configure a server to run both HTTP and FMS via port 80.

If the circle is still going you'll have to force quit, but all is not lost, necessarily. Word has an Autosave feature:

The problem is that your main class isn't even trying to read the methods in your other classes. In your main() method in Glasklart.java, you do this:

kunde.readInput();But you didn't define readInput() in Glasklart, you defined it in your "base class" which you didn't quote enough of us to know the name for sure, but I presume is called Kunde.java.
But I also see that you named the variable "kunde". It looks like maybe you're confusing the names of classes with the names of variables that happen to hold objects instantiated from those classes.
If I define classes:

}and later do this:
Cat dog = new Cat();The methods defined in Dog cannot be invoked from from "dog", because "dog" is really a Cat. Just because you called it "dog", it doesn't necesarily mean it's an instance of Dog.
