Colorful Tabs is gone. Horrible white tabs in it's place. How do I get them back? (I've updated Colorful Tabs).

As for your issue with the add-on, you should take that up with the developer himself. Most of the times after the release of a new Firefox version, add-ons may become incompatible. It's up to the developer to address these issues and update it accordingly. You can contact the developer from their add-ons page.

Will not work. To my knowledge, dual converting like that isn't supported. The Mac must detect the connected video output device and that sort of info cannot be done across an analog component uni-directional connection.

If your iPhone was unlocked and has relocked after an update to iOS, then the iPhone was hacked to unlock it and has now been locked back to the original carrier. You'll need to contact the carrier to whom the iPhone is locked and request unlocking. They may refuse to do so since you're not the person with whom they had the contract.

I dont have Prokit 4.0.1 if you are referring to that, do I need this first? Please explain what application name I am looking for if other than Prokit which is sitting in my "download folder" do I need to manually put it into the apps folder? You haven't told us what actually the problem is. If you get the 150:30 licensing error, run the cleaner tool and reinstall the program properly. It's a known fact that using the Migration Assistant doesn't work with Adobe software due to the specifics of the activation system...

How can I get Colorful Tabs to use separate colors for 2 different gmail accounts?

Running Firefox 29.0.1 on iMac OSX 10.9.3. I have multiple Google accounts: 2 gmail accounts and 1 Google Calendar. The Add-on Colorful Tabs will allow me to choose a color for one gmail account , but it also uses that same color for the other gmail account. How can I get different colors on 2 different gmail accounts?
Also, Colorful Tabs is also doing the same thing for my homepage (google.com) and my google calendar. How can I get different colors on these 2?

I personally use "Fabtabs" for my mozilla FireFox.

How do I get save tabs to work on a mac in forefox 3.6.6?

How do I get Firefox 3.6.6's Save Tabs feature to work on a newly wiped iBook on which only Firefox and the OS are installed? I have tried all the suggestions and continue to be unable to save my opened tabs when quitting Firefox.

I finally figured it out. I have 6.0.2 on snow leopard however this solution should work for all mac users. When you hit command-Q or firefox-quit let the program exit then whenever you start it back up go to history and select restore previous session. I just tried it with 15 tabs open in 2 windows and it worked flawlessly. Here is a picture as well to show you where to click. One thing to keep in mind is if you have a lot of heavy data/bandwidth pages to open back up they will all load at once and will take sometime to open unless you have fios or similar. I you guys have any other problems let me know and I will see what I can do. [email protected]

How do I get my photos and music back into new version iTunes from my iPad?

I have the new version of iTunes (11 0 2 26) for Windows which installed over my old copy. I see none of my music etc even after it claims to have synced and backed up. How do I get my photos and music back into iTunes from my iPad? It syncs OK with calendar and contacts from Outlook and I can force copying of apps and books but why does it not show music and photos in the iTunes library? help please.

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. Note that in iTunes 11 an "empty" library may show your past purchases with links to stream or download them.
In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
Alternatively, depending on exactly when and why the library went missing, there may be a more recent .tmp file in the main iTunes folder that can be renamed as iTunes Library.itl to restore the library to a recent state.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

I have authorized a new computer, and itunes is not registering recent purchases. How do I get my entire library back on this new computer without having to re-buy them all?

I have just gotten a new computer which runs windows.
I have authorized this computer with itunes...
But the library and playlists I had on the first computer are not showing up on this one, and when I log into the itunes store, it is not showing any of my recent purchases (like one I bought as soon as last night.)
How do I get these songs/playlists back, or do I have to actually re-buy all these songs?

How do I "save tabs and quit" in this new version of Firefox, as I did in the older version? I want to be able to see the same websites open from the last time I closed the computer.

In an earlier version of Firefox, when I went to close it, I would get a prompt "save tabs and quit?" that allowed me to see the same websites open from the last time I closed the computer. Where is that feature on the new version of Firefox?

Firefox 4 and later versions save the previous session automatically, so there is no longer need for the dialog asking if you want to save the current session. 
Use "File > Exit" or "Firefox > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit Firefox") if you want to restore multiple windows or otherwise have problems with restoring tabs. 
You can use "History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session at any time. 
You may need to click the orange/gray Firefox button to see History. 
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default about:home Home page. 
Using the "Show my windows and tabs from last time" setting is a more reliable way to restore session data.

How can I get App Tabs to automatically load a fresh version of the page every time I click on them?

I like the app tab feature and am using it for sites that I visit frequently, for example, weather sites. The problem I have is that when I click on say http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/ta/arbroath_forecast_weather.html I get the site as it was the last time I used it. Today this meant I got a weather forecast starting from 2 days ago, not from today.
I can get round this if I remember to "Reload" every time but I'm guessing that is not the way app tabs were intended to work.

How do I get my router to work with my new modem?

Since the mods deleted my other post, so no one could see it and think anything bad about linksys's customer service, I will just have to ask a dumb noob question. I am not an IT professional, I am just a regular, non-technical kind of guy. I tried to follow the little guides that they have here, but they leave out too many steps for someone like me, who never does this kind of thing. Or at least, I have to assume that it does, cause it still does not work after I have tried the guide to my router, several times. I have to say that I am at my wits end with this stuff, since my whole home network is down. My router is a WRT54GS V7. But in an attempt to solve my problem, I updated to the latest firmware. My modem is a Motorola 2210-02. My ISP is AT&T. I have tried to get help from them, they do not care. I had to buy a new modem cause their other siemens speedstream 4100B died. So can anyone tell me, step by step, what to do to make my home network up and running again? Sorry about the rant, and the clear frustration, but I can not get any help from anywhere. So this is my last resort.

As your ISP is an DSL Provider, to configure your Router with the DSL Provider there are certain rules which you need to follow to configure your router to work with the DSL Provider..
Connect the Modem to the Linksys router on the Internet Port and then connect your computer to the Router on the LAN Port 1. Login to the Router setup and below you need to change the "Local IP address", By default its 192.168.1.1 so you need to change it to 192.168.5.1 and click on Save Settings....
Once you are done with the settings, you need to power cycle your network. Unplug the power from the Router and Modem, wait for 30 sec and then plug the power to the Modem first and when all the lights are solid on your modem then plug the power to the Linksys router..
Now check if you are Online from your Wired Computer.

How can I get Soundbooth back to work on my new iMac?

A while ago I managed to download Photoshop CS on my new iMac computer, which worked fine, as well as Soundbooth. Then out of the blue, adobe asked me for my registration number in order to use Soundbooth. I only had one number, but it was no good (anymore).
Because I needed to work with Soundbooth straight away, I chose the option to use a 30 day trial version, that has now expired. Whenever I try to start up Soundbooth, I am reminded of this, and my registration number is still no good.
I need to work with Soundbooth real soon, I own this product, but I seem to have lost the possibility to get access. Please help me out here!

I have recently upgraded to 4.0. Worked great. I have other software that will not work with this new version. Where do I go to download "older" version until I can get this problem resolved? Thanks

I contacted to tech support of the software and "they are working on it".

To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.
