I was able to get the unlock code by chatting with an agent -- almost 2 hours but have the product CS5.5 Design Premium installed and it now shows as registered in my account. Thank you for your help

I bought a new iMac today and prepared to load my new CS6 software from the upgrade package I bought. I deactivated my old CS3 software on my other computer. The other issue is when did you buy the upgrade? Your CS3 serial number may simply be ineligible.

Very helpful. Unfortunately, when it came to the point that the install asked for the earlier version, it said it was not a valid upgrade version. In seeking an answer to this problem i went onto Adobe chat and was informed that

I couldn't get more info from Laishram as to WHY is wasn't a "valid upgrade path" and I don't know what "not a valid upgrade path" means but, i'm guessing that i did something wrong when purchasing CS2. I was told that i could use the upgrade version(of CS5) that i purchased (to upgrade FROM CS2 to CS5) to upgrade to CS 6. So I'll have to do that I reckon.

To use the trial does not require a serial number - you get a serial number when you purchase the software. If you are not being offered to continue the trial when you open the software, either you did not download an actual trial version or the trial has prenaturely expired.

If you set up the Find My iPhone service prior to your iPhone going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked or locked, though it depends on a number of factors: the iPhone is turned on, connected to either the 3G or a WiFi network, or has not had the Find My iPhone service disabled or the iPhone been completely restored. Some carriers offer their own tracking service, though you usually have to sign up when you still have the phone and have to pay for the service.
If your carrier does not offer such a service and you did not set up Find My iPhone, then there is no way to track the unit nor remotely affect it. Notify the police and your cell carrier, and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPhone (the iTunes Store, for instance).

Several years ago I upgraded from Photoshop CS2 to CS5. I recently had to have my computer reformatted. When I have tried to reload my CS5 upgrade using the CS2 serial number it isn't accepted. I went to the Adobe site and downloaded CS2 but I still can't reload my CS5 disk. From Adobe it seems I need a code to unlock the CS2 activation but I can't seem to get help this way. Now what do I do?

No need to -re-install CS2 at all.
Just install the CS5 upgrade (the upgrade contains the full program code), enter your CS5 upgrade serial number then enter your CS2 serial number when prompted.

The Touch Copy third party software for PC's is the way to go it seems and although the demo is free, if you have over 100 songs then it costs £15 to buy the software which seems not a lot to pay for peace of mind. and restoring your iTunes library back to how it was.
