How do I get CS6 help, not CC?

I had a specific question about opening templates, or wondering where to get them, for InDesign CS6. I don't have CC, can't afford it since it's for personal use.
However, there's no product specific help files, and the Online now offers pretty much CC only help. How do we get help just for CS6?

How do I get CS6 to not distort color when using Lion and printing from Epson R2880?

Ever since I up-graded to CS5 , the color has been distorted. It is not an Epson Lion problem because printing from preview or iPhoto the color is perfect.
Adobe has known about this problem since January 23, 2012. Their help people have taken over my computer for hours at a time and not been able to discover the source of the problem
I thought they might have fixed it with CS6 but no luck I chose use CS4 settings because CS4 had worked.
I printed using Printer Manages Color and color matching, epson color. I selected the correct media. The prints came out dark. The yellows turned green and the greens turned blue/green, reds became dull and blues a bit dark.
This is most upsetting because I cannot afford to buy a new printer and ink. Also I should not have to buy new equipment because Adobe cannot make their product work correctly.

Read very carefully what Chris wrote...the odds are REAL GOOD you are NOT using the correct settings...but since you don't bother to show or explain the EXACT settings you are using when printing, we'll never know. Will we?
If the vast magority of the user base is NOT having an issue, to what do you attribute the disconnect? User Error is the single most likely result...

I know a little bit about printing and I seem to be able to print with zero issues on a wide variety of Epson printers...you wanna place blame or do you wanna learn how to fix the problem? (clue, the odds are it isn't Adobe nor Epson leading to the problems, it's you bud).

How can I get missing contacts, notes, calendar dates and reminders that are just on my old iphone onto the iCloud for transfer to my new iPhone upgrade? Half of my contacts, notes, ect. were on my iCloud so have happily moved to my new iPhone but the rest are completely resistant. For example, on my iCloud I have 14 missing contacts starting with the letter A alone, however they are happily viewable on my old iPhone 4S and won't budge over into the iCloud.
There are also 3 notes missing yet still acessible on my onld iPhone 4S, the list goes on.
Your help would be most appreciated. Thank you so much.

Making sure you answer your calls on times is important. All phones have a standard amount set per rings before a call goes to voice. We are unable to change settings to make the phone ring longer. Sometimes purchased or recorded ringtones can cause the ringing on your end to seem shorter. Do you currently have a customized ringtone on your phone?

How do I get ituens to not list the same artist more than once? I have tried editing the info, sorting different ways and sometimes it works and sometimes not...it's very frustrating to me to have the same artist listed multiple times...

Setting a common Album Artist for each Album does most of the work. For deeper problems see Grouping tracks into albums.
In general you need to make sure that all the values in the tags are used consistently. Same spelling, same capitalization, same accents, no leading, trailing, or multiple spaces, and each value of Artist, Album Artist or Album should only be associated with one value of Sort Artist, Sort Album Artist or Sort Album respectively.
