How do I get email to display only my last 50 or 100 emails?

I think I figured it out. I downloaded all the email in my wife's hotmail account(500) to the iphone and then deleted 350 of the emails on the iphone. then I set the iphone to look for the 200 most recent messages. When I did this the iphone updates all the new emails and the old ones that I deleted on the iphone are still in hotmail.

I accidentally deleted an Application on my iphone 5 and with it lost important files. How do i get back these files. The last iphone backup sync was after this so I cant even access an older back up as I cannot find them. How do I get back my Lost files.

On your iMac launch iTunes and at the top next to the Apple symbol click iTunes > Preferences > Devices and tell me what you see. You last sync should be there showing only a device name. If you have an older backup it will be there as well the difference is it will be the device name with a date and time stamp. Sync and backups are two different things and there is a chance iTunes made a backup the first time you hooked up your iPhone 5.

Display only the last record per material in SAP query

Hi,
I have created a SAP Query using the quickviewer that is a join between 2 tables (MSEG and MKPF) that consist of material document information and date of posting.
The results are fine however I would like only the last record per material to be displayed.
Can anyone tell what do I need to add so for only the last record per material be displayed in the output.

May be if you use Control Level processing .........I think you will be able to get the result you want. Try displaying as Below,
LOOP AT XXXXX.
AT FIRST material.
ENDAT.
AT LAST material.
*...Display what ever you want here. It will display at end of every material.
ENDAT.
ENDLOOP.
Before using sort the table with key material in ascending.

How can I get iPhoto to display ONLY file numbers of pictures and not document titles when displayed as thumbnails?

I am a pro photographer and I've never used iPhoto. I use a combination of Adobe's Bridge, Lightroom & Photoshop programmes. I've sent a disk of images to a client and they cannot see the file numbers of the images. Their version of iPhoto only displays the document title that I have embedded in the metadata when importing the images into Bridge.
When I ran a test and imported the same images into my version of iPhoto(7.1.5, since you ask) some of the thumbnails displayed the file number while others displayed the document title. Why does this happen? Can I make it stop? How do I make iPhoto display just the file number in thumbnail mode and not the document title?
When I view the images in Bridge, all I see is the file number but I can't convince the client to use the programme even though they have it. Any help/guidance will be very gratefuly received.

In every version prior to iPhoto 11:
Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File...
In iPhoto 11:
Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Reveal in Finder -> Original...

I think I've *almost* found out how to do this.. sign up for "BC Backups". Sync file with your dropbox. Open the backup file "Orders" and it will show the columns below. Maybe you can cross compare it with the BC report to get your other columns?
We use it to see discount codes / a report on value of invoices where discount codes were used. It's like business catalyst reports on steroids. Hope that helps

So after looking a bit closer i have noticed that when i have the phone plugged into the computer it shows the songs but when i dont have it plugged in and i go so the song icon on the bottom of the music menu screen it says i have no songs!

How many clips do you have on that Timeline - 10?
At first I thought you wanted to know how to render just a selected few of the Timeline clips rather than all of them. I can tell you how to do that and
go into great detail of that. That involves
a. in the Edit workspace, setting the gray tabs of the Work Area Bar to span just the clips you want rendered
The above is from Premiere Elements 11, not 7, but the principles are the same with regard to what I mean
by render indicator line (in your case red instead of orange) and gray tabs of the Work Area Bar, Your
version does not have a Render button. You could just hit the Enter key of the computer main keyboard if
you have Timeline content with a red line over it (that means the program is not giving you the best
possible preview to let you know what you really have). If necessary, I post some screenshots specific to your version (7).
But, for now, please detail what you are seeing in your render dialog when the program is doing a
Timeline rendering of your red lined Timeline content.

I designed a chart in WAD wich displayed a range of values in a line. Now im searching for a possibility to display the value for the points in my chart, but not for all values, only for the last value in the line! And every month the line will extended with new value-points, so it is necassary that the function is dynamic, always for the last point in the chart the value should displayed!?

hi @ all... once more information:
the chart displayed only one keyfigure of a query. for example it display the revenue per month. in jan. = 10, feb. = 15, mar. = 25, apr. = 13, jun. = 23. these values should be displayed in a line in the chart aaaand additional for the last one in the line the valuecaption direct in the chart (f.e.: jun. = 23). not for all "periods-points"only for the last one.
in jul. = 25 the chart changed and only for july the value-caption should be displayed. Is it possible?

How to create a formula that shows only the last date of a series of dates

I have a report that shows a series of dates that 'notes' were created on a particular file. I want the report to only show the date of the last note that was created instead of showing all the dates. Ive tried using 'Maximum ()' which does not work.
Any suggestions?

Either order the dates in ascending order and place the date field in the group footer
-or-
order the dates on descending order and plade the date field in the group header.

How do I get a "Details" display--as the default--when downloading a file, in the "Enter name of file to save to..." dialog box?

When I receive an attachment to an email, and I click it and select "Download", I get the "Enter name of file to save to..." dialog box (because I already set the option to "Always ask me where to save files." But the file display always defaults to a "List". At least recently. I don't recall it always doing that. In any case, I want it to default to a "Details" display, in ascending order, as I can then find things sooo much faster that way. (I often use the "Date Modified" tab to bring to the top the most recent version of a file.) I know that I can go to the "View Menu" icon and select "Details", but each time I go into a sub folder while in this dialog box, I have to do that all over again and it wastes a lot of time and attention.
I did some internet searches but didn't find a way to fix this.

The dialog box you are describing is controlled by Windows, not Firefox, so unfortunately Firefox cannot change what you see by default.

How do i get a widescreen display on the internet on my mac

When viewing the internet i cn only view it in a square shape and the image will not fill the screen. I can of course use the arrows to maximise the screen but the actual information will still only be displayed in a central square with ***** edges filling the sides. ? Thank you in advance.

The music player always reverts back to where I started the day before at a low volume and it's driving me mad! On a previous phone with earlier IOS there was the option to play from where the track left off when stopped - how do I find this option now?

If you click on the column headings in iTunes it will sort the tracks by the column you have selected.
Try clicking on the Album column, this should then put the tracks in the right order. You probably have the Track column selected which will keep the tracks in alphabetical order by Track name.

The images will not show in this pre-set smart album. They do show in my son's library, but not in mine. As far as I can tell all the settings are the same. What am I doing wrong?

Do you a filter set by any chance? Clear the filter of the Browser by clicking the "x" at the right side of the Search Field. The gray text in the field should say "Unrated or Better".
If that doesn't do it, check the Smart Album settings. Select the Smart Album, then click the magnifying glass. Are the settings what you expect?
