Since I downloaded the last update, my skype hasn't worked right. I cannot hear the other party and they cannot hear me. My speakers and microphone are working for everything else but Skype. Can you please correct this?

You need to unpair the old phone from your car. The car manual may not be helpful, but unless someone here has the same car we will be even less helpful. One tip, however; make sure the new phone has a different name than the old phone.

You need to use the CHAT link in support to reach Adobe staff. Be sure you know the product name you are trying to cancel, Adobe have lots of products, several converters etc. I think it is ExportPDF you have, most likely.

When using an account hat has not been used for a while you may need to check your payment method as if this has old data it will allow you to sign in but when you try to download anything it will fail.
The main three types of account are, deavtivated, blocked and working.
Deactivated are usually when they havent been used for a while, or password locked, iforgot.apple.com to reset the password.
Blocked, you will need to contact itunes support www.apple.com/support/itunes

Yes, having the same FT calling email address is the problem. It like trying to make a phone call to your your phone from your phone.
On one device add another email address for FT and then uncheck or delete the Apple ID email address the Apple ID call email adddress on the device.

You don't transfer Apple ID's from one device to another one. You sign out in the settings, )the App Store and iTunes if necessary) and then sign in with the other ID.
Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID>Sign out. Them sign in with the other ID. You can sign out of the app store and iTunes as well by going to the featured Atab in the App Store and the music tab in iTunes, swipe to the bottom and access the Apple ID in there.
You should have erased the iOad before you gave it to her in Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. That way she could set up the iPad as new with her own Apple ID.
Be aware of the fact that if you use each others ID's in order to download past purchased content to your own iPads, you will lock yourself out of your own ID as you will have associated your iPad with the other person's Apple ID.
In other words, if you sign into your wife's ID on your iPad so that you can download an app or an album so that you don't have to pay for it again, you will lock yourself out of your Apple ID for 90 days.

Try booting up in Safe mode (holding down the Shift key while booting). If the software came with an unistaller, use it to remove alll traces of the software - it's nothing that you need and, as you've experienced, can do more actual hard than good (as is the case with most software of this type). When you're booted in Safe Mode, if you can't run an uninstaller, at least check to make sure that there are no Trend Micro items that are set for automatic log in, at least.
