How do i get help connecting my b210a to the internet? I have followed the directions!
So far HP support has been hard to obtain and the person I did finally reach could not help and asked that I call beck Monday.
After a little pokeing around on the net I found that ports 443, 5222 and 5223 need to be open. I needed to open both TCP and UDP and then it worked, but there may be another combination that also works. I really don't understand why HP doesn't include this information in the set-up proceedure.

The internet is overflowing with tutorials on PSE. Just google what you want and include Photoshop Elements 4 as part of your search term, or go to the library and they may have several different books on PSE 4. For PSE 4, you won't find a mac specific book, but that doesn't matter because the editor is the same on either program. Just substitute Command for Ctrl and Option for Alt in the keystrokes, and ignore anything about the organizer.

If you are using iOS 4 (or earlier) there is no Software Update in Settings. That feature was first added in iOS 5.
To update you will have to connect your iPad to iTunes on a computer (preferably the one you sync with and backup to).

If you have a 3G you can't use iCloud as iCloud requires iOS 5 or higher and the 3G cannot be updated beyond iOS 4.2.1.
If you have a 3GS, update it to iOS 6 by connecting it to iTunes. If you aren't prompted to update, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Check for Update. After updating you can set it up as shown here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ios.html. -
Yesterday, I purchased Mountain Lion OSX and tried to download it but I don't think the download worked. How can I tell if I am using Mountain Lion and how do I get help if the download was unsuccessful?
Click your Apple menu icon top left corner of your screen.
From the drop down menu click About This Mac.
If Mountain Lion is installed, it will say: v10.8
If not, launch the App Store. From the App Store menu bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
FYI .. for downloading Mountain Lion from the App Store, a high speed (broadband) internet connection is strongly recommended by Apple as noted here > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you need to reinstall OS X or repair the the startup disk Mountain Lion Recovery, that requires broadband access to the internet via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection. OS X is downloaded over the internet form Apple when OS X Recovery is used for reinstallation. -

Do you want to create a seperate guest network or do you want to give guests access to your network without telling them the password (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=AirPortUtility/5.1/en/ap2118.html) ?
For a seperate guest network, you need an airport extreme generation 3 or higher or a time capsule generation 2 or higher.

I have problem with my iphone 4s my battery is not keeping charge. how can I get help with this one? it is less than a year that I purchased this cell.
I would like to know the answer to that one. I realized this was happening just after upgradeing my iOS to 6. Then when I looked up my purchase date, I was about 5 days past my one year warranty. So I'm dead in the water. Apple will replace the battery, but it will be about $80+. I took it to the Apple store, and they checked a bunch of stuff, but said that it seemed ok. I'm debating getting a battery for a more reasonable price off of ebay. But if it's the iOS thats draining the battery, then I'm not going to be able to help it. I wish I knew a better way to tell if its the battery, the phone, or the iOS.
