How do i get increased storage?

When I log onto elements 8 ,it tells me that my storage has reached a limit. I press `PROCEED`but it does not take me to a screen where I can get increased storage. What should I do ? Ron Sharpe

iCloud storage is not allocated by device. iCloud storage is allocated to your iCloud AppleID. You get 5GB of iCloud storage.

You data is there for about a week or so. All you need to do purchase storage. If purchase does not go through contact your bank and check if they blocking transaction.

How do you get Cloud storage to back up the SD Card?

My daughter S3 died and had to be replaced. Lost all the data and apps that were stored on the phone's internal memory. With the replacement phone, I set up the cloud storage for back up offered by Google but it only accessed the data on the phone's main memory and not the separate SD Card that is installed. How do you get the Cloud app to also back up the SD card data?

NDBeartrap, Let's help get your daughter's info back! If the info was backed up the cloud, you would be able to download it back to the device. Can you verify that there is info on the sd card? this can be done by inserting the sd card into a reader w/adapter or phone that is compatible. Please let us know what happens.

I am trying to update my iPhone4 to the iOS7 but I do not have enough storage. I don't know how to get more storage. I have already deleted all of my pictures, apps, music, and text messages. However, it's still says I do not have enough storage. I don't know what to do!!

If you cannot clear enough room on the device to do the update via the phone, then connect the phone to the computer and iTunes and update that way.

Java Web Console - How do I get the "Storage" application to work

I kind of forgot this console even existed until getting into our Sun Cluster class. It seems that part of the cluster package installation it makes the console fire up and the Systems | Sun Cluster Managert works awesome. But I really want to get the "Storage" application running, and the Services might be kind of handy as well. I need step by step instructions on how to get my virtual lab cd to work. The technician said cd not compatible or is corrupt. I do not believe their is nothing that can be done. When I put the cd in the side slot nothing comes up on the screen. I have tried several ways, the technician did not seem very knowledgeable on what to do. Also this cd plays fine on my other computer which is not an apple computer. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

The way you restore an iCloud backup is to go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Conent and Settings (which will erase the iPad), then go through the setup screens on the iPad and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup. You will then sign into your iCoud account, agree to the terms and conditions, then choose the backup you want to restore from.
Be sure you iPad is connected to wifi and your charger when you restore the backup as it may take some time to finish.

How did i get 20GB storage?

I moved from MobilMe to iCloud. I noticed I have 20GB of storage in the cloud. I thought the free storage was 5GB. Will I be charged the $40.00/Year for this or was I upgraded for free for some reason?

I also got free upgrade - from 5G to 25G, I guess based on above because of previous Mobileme subscription and it will last until June. OK, but my mobileme subscription was a "family pack..." shouldn't the other members of my family (on mobileme subscriptions) also be getting the same upgrade? My husband's icloud says he has only 5G. When I look at my Ipod on Itunes on my laptop it is showing that I have a large amount of storage space taken up with Apps. (more than my music). In fact I only have the Apps which came with the ipod touch! How do I get my storage back?

Connect the iPod to your computer and look at the storage used by the various categories as shown in the colored bargarph in iTunes.
Come back with the results.
An "other" larger than about 1 1/2 GB usually indicates that the "other" includes corrupted files. Usually restoring from backup eliminated the corrupted files. However, sometimes restoring to factory settings/new iPod is required.

How do I get Mass Storage Mode Support turned on my BB?

Okay I am sure there is a way to do this but I have not yet found it. under media card in the setup options I have the following:
Media Card support set to yes
Encryption Mode: Security Password and Device
Encrypt Media Files Yes
Mass Storage Mode Support: is off with a little red lock by it.
I really need to be able to change it to on, any ideas? My IT support team does not have a clue of how to turn it on.

If there is a lock icon next to it you can't enable mass storage mode. It means that the setting is forced via IT Policy. The IT Policy is pushed to every device that is connected to a BES server.
