How do I get into my iCloud mail on someone else's PC

I have to access a boarding pass soming to my email tomorrow and I will be away from my laptop at someone else's office all day - need to print it at their office, filled with PCs, and don't know how to get iCloud.com mail on the web. Can someone please help me?

If you migrated your MobileMe account before 1 August you should have signed into System Preferences>iCloud with it, and you would be able to see your calendars, bookmarks and emails on the iCloud website. Is this the case? Did you sign into iCloud with your @me.com address?
If you did not migrate your MobileMe account you can no longer do so.
If you did migrate, did you do so from a full MobileMe account or from a Family Pack sub-account? the latter did not get the complimentary storage (because their iDisks were only 5GB anyway).
If you had a full MobileMe account, check on your Mac - System Preferences>iCloud - and see whether that shows the upgrade. If it doesn't, you probably need to contact Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support (MobileMe Support is no longer available) and you may be asked to pay a fee: in this case you should ask them to deal with it without cost (and hope they agree).
Note that you haven't paid anything for your MobileMe storage since your first renewal date after 6 June 2011, and iCloud costs nothing unless you specifically choose to upgrade the storage. Note also the iCloud storage is not general file storage in the manner of the iDisk but is restricted to iOS device Backup, Mail, Photo Journal and Documents.

To access some of your account settings and other data you can go to http://www.icloud.com on a Mac or PC (not an iOS device), though this will not show, for example, storage used or purchased data settings.
To make use of iCloud sign in in System Preferences (or Settings)>iCloud (or the iCloud Control Panel on a PC) and enable the data types you want to sync. You can also view data usage there and purchase additional storage if required.

I recently reset my computer to factory settings as I was having problems but that is not what this topic is about. I installed iTunes and found some albums in the iCloud that I did not purchase from iTunes. In particular was a 2014 album by U2 named Songs of Innocence. I have not purchased anything from iTunes for a long time. If this is a feature of iCloud to add music into it, why did not all my albums get into iCloud?

I can't seem to be able to use Safari to check my iCloud email on my daughter's iPad. When I type in www.icloud.com, I don't get an option to log in, I only get a message of how to set up iCloud on the iPad. Why can't I just get to the login screen?

iCloud.com cannot be accessed in a mobile browser. You have to identify the browser as a desktop version. You can do this in Safari by tapping in the url field and then pull down from the top of the favorites window to access Request Desktop Site.
Tap that to select the desktop version and then try again. It can be a little tricky to do this in Safari because of the way that you have to select the option for a desktop version, but it can be done. It is much easier in a browser like iCab Mobile, Mercury or Atomic.

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.

I understand the marketing behind encourage synchronizing accounts upon initial attempt to access the iCloud site from an iOS device. However, the issue I am having is when I want to use my SO's iPad "ruhl quick lyke" to access my e-mail and instead of opening iCloud.com and getting asked for my e-mail, I am asked to register iCloud on my device. All I want is a login screen. I do not want to sync my mail to his device, and I'm guessing he must not want to sync his apple ID as he has yet to do it. So my question is 1) is there a way for me to bypass the iPad_welcome site and login without syncing, and 2) if he choses to sync if I will be able to access my icloud from his device. You have to respond to the verification email that Apple should have sent to you by clicking the Verify Now link. Make sure you check the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. This would not normally be an @icloud.com email address. Also make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever.

Thanks, but there's nothing in there I find that tells me how to get my Menu bar back. All of chatzilla's options are in the menu bar for any settings to be made. Without that, I have no hope of fixing what went wrong. I tried removing and reinstalling chatzilla, but that didn't work. My problem is that I lost the menu bar at the top of the chatzilla window. If I can't get that back, then I'll just have to deal with it until I'm able to buy a new machine, which I need anyhow. But being as this happened from something I did, there should be a way to undo what I did, or at least get back the menu bar.

Here's what the Apple Support site says you can do if you do not have access to a computer when your device has been disabled:
If you are using Find My iPhone, you can use Remote Wipe to restore your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode.
You can access Find My iPhone via the Find My iPhone app on your iPad.
