How do I get ipackets and opackets statistics for logical network interface

I do a kstat_lookup() and kstat_read() to get the ipackets and opackets statisti
for the physical network interfaces like hme0.
However those statistics are not available via kstat for logical interfaces such
as hme0:1.
I notice that netstat -ai reports numbers for ipackets and opackets for
logical network interfaces so that information must be available
programatically but where?

netstat(1M) uses private ioctl(2) calls to a prepared /dev/arp to extract SNMP MIBs
that contain this information. I agree that it should be published via the kstat interfaces
as well.

Some carriers lock this down so it may not be available for you.
But try it out.
Options> Mobile network
Scroll down and change selection mode to manual, it will scan for networks manually. . . .Quite honestly you are best of just turning the device off and on, or just turning the mobile network off/on

when i do "pkg-get -i phpmyadmin", hi try to install apache2 but he cannot because he don't want to install the dependancies for his package

I've looked around on and it looks like this is actually something that people do -- its common in ProTools. Anyone know a way for me to do this or something similar??

Hi all,
I keep getting a very annoying message after upgrading to Lion.
The message is: "there was a problem connecting to the server POZ.local"
It does not make any difference if the server is up, running and connected to the network either.
What can I do to get rid of this irritating dialogue box?

I have the same problem. I suspect it has something to do with the versioning function, as it only seems to happen when I have a document open that I have made a change to. In my case it's asking for my NAS. Sorry I can't be more help.

To start from the PC end you need to start a text chat, then select the Video icon at the bottom of the chat window.

Since installing 4.0.1 I can't right click on the Icon in my task bar and have Firefox give me the option of "close and save" the tabs. Only let's me know I'm about to close multiple tabs. How do I get "save and close" back?

Before installing 4.0.1 I could right click on the Firefox icon on my computer's taskbar and hit close window. It would then give me the option to "save tabs and quit" or "close all tabs."
Now it just alerts me that I'll be closing multiple tabs.
It was convenient to be able to close Firefox and open it with all of the tabs in place. There is nothing more irritating than having multiple tabs lost because your computer did an update overnight and restarted. Also it was helpful when you wanted to run a tun-up or cleaner that asked you close out of your browser for optimum result's.
