I have updated my account. I have a Mastercard as my method of payment now after switching from a Visa. My phone and computer will not retain the security code for this card, so I can't access the store on my devices. I tried switching back to the Visa card and iTunes tells me I can't use that card

As polydorus notes, iTunes has the huge shortcoming of not handling FLAC.
There are plugins that allow iTunes to play FLAC, but everything I've seen says they are problematic.
A much better approach is to get a 3rd party conversion program such as Switch and convert the FLAC files to an iTunes-compatible format such as AAC or AIFF.
Put the converted files in your iTunes library, and keep the original FLACs on hand for when you are using a more capable player. -

How do I get iTunes to read and import track information from compilation CDs? Typically, the compilations have been burned to disk using iTunes or Toast 8 Titanium. I have checked data boxes as available with both softwares. My REGA Planet CD player as well as my car CD player can read the track info but neither my nor my friends' iTunes can read the tracks for importing.
I don't believe that iTunes can read CDText.

If you have a balance on your iTunes account then that will automatically be used for purchases before your credit card will be - you can't change how items are billed.
You could try gifting items to yourself, you can only gift via a credit card (I haven't tried it but I think that you should be able to gift items to yourself)

yeah, I just got this new credit card that I'm trying to use for buying music, but when I go to switch out the info from my old expired card for this one on itunes, in the account billing section, it's refusing to accept the security code/numbers. Even though I know that I'm typing them in right cause I have the dang card right in front of me! *sighs, frustrated* I'm using a windows pc with xp professional service pack 2 running on the latest upgrades for that system to access itunes. If anybody can help me out here I would really be truly grateful.

Could be any number of things - hard to tell since you haven't provided details. If this is for a purchase on the app store, the card's address must be from the same country as the store's location. Could be lots of other issues.

Audiobooks (and ringtones) are currently a one-time only download from the store so you won't be able to re-download them, but you should be able to re-sync them back to your phone from your computer's iTunes or backup. I set up everything with no problems the first time. I have money in my account and i made a few purchases though the app store, then all the sudden it says my card is declined... but i havemoney in my account, it makes me try to change my billing informaton. I contacted my bank and they said there is no reason that my card should be getting declined. I cannot download anything, or update the downloads that i already have... this is so fusturating, any ideas to fix this.
This was changed. Apple no longer accepts debit cards as an acceptable form of payment. This Apple support page lists all accepted forms of payment.

I bought my macbook with pages '09 pre-installed. I can find my disk anymore. Keynote and Numbers are working properly, but I want to reinstall pages because I am having a few minor issues with it. If I look at pages in the App Store, it shows that I would have to re-purchase it.
Short answer, no.
Fuller answer, the two are not the same and are not interchangeable. Yes, if you want the MAS version, you will need to buy it. But you should be able to hunt down the trial of the disk version out there on the internet, install it and activate it with your serial number. There is a thread somewhere in this forum from last year that has a link. I hunted it down for someone in a similar situation.

Itunes wont download because I dont have 10.6.8 or greater. But I just installed the snowlion disk thing and my macbook is a 10.6.8 version so how do I get itunes to download?
