Is your AP 10 licensed? if not can you please License it and then Check.
If it is licensed and still you are getting the same issue then please do the following.
Please provide us with the Screen shot of the prompt and "oobelib.log" file.
The location of "oobelib.log" is :-
If you are using windows:
C:\Users\<User name >\AppData\Local\Temp
OR
just open the run the window and type %TEMP%
For Mac
/Users/<user name>/Library/Logs
Please provide the above files so that we can look into the issues soon.

How to start Flash Media Encoder 3.2 from Flex application with run time parameters?

Hello ,
I'm developing the application to stream High Quality video.While streming by default camera/microphone settings the qulaity of streaming is not upto my expected level.I want to stream through Flash Media Encoder.My aim is the user login to the application.Video/audio qulaity details are retrived from shared object stored in the client machine.The login user name only gathered at run time & it will be the streaming profile name to Encoder.Once the the Encoder started the outgoing video will be come into screen to client.Please guide me How to start Flash Media Encoder 3.2 from Flex application with run time parameters(User name as streaming name) without manually start the FME?

How to embed flash media encoder

I wanted to know if it is possible to embed the flash media encoder in a webpage to allow a user to encode a video input without having to download the software on their computer. I have seen several sites (Ustream, LiveStream) have this in place. I was wondering how this is done and if anyone has the code to accomplish this or if anyone knows where I can get the documentation.

You'll need to use a server side application, something like PHPMotion:

but for any server side scripting like that, you'll most likely need a dedicated server... check with your web host.

"Welcome to the Adobe Forums"
You need to use installers and point to the new install path (SSD drive in your case) via the installers.
Adobe Media Encoder gets installed with several host programs like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Flash. So, You may need to uninstall all those Adobe apps first that includes Adobe Media Encoder if you have any of them in your system. Then, please try installing those apps into your SSD.

How to open Adobe Media Encoder CS5 in Windows

Please excuse my ignorance but how do you open Adobe Media Encoder? I've searched everywhere and cannot find a solution. In Adobe help,it says it's in the start menu under all programs but all I have been able to find is a folder with a bunch of dll files. If I try to export a clip from Premiere Pro, It doesn't open, no error message or anything, simply nothing happens. I found an update but that still didn't do anything, still no luck in finding it. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

How to output from media encoder to camcorder via firewire?

I am using CS5.5 media encoder to output edited hi def footage from premiere as DV widescreen to sony FX 1 camcorder via firewire.
How do I route the output from media encoder to the firewire output?
This is the same camera I use for acqusition & import into premiere via firewire.
Media Encoder appears to be encoding the footage properly.

How to install Adobe Media Encoder C6 when CC is all ready installed

Hello
I need to be able to publish flv files, but the new Adobe Media Encoder CC can't export FLV files, therefore I need to install an older version. But I can't find it anywhere. Not on Adobe.com or en the creatiev Cloud App under previous versions. Does anyone know where to find it?

Install a previous version of any Creative Cloud application
Media Encoder CS6 is bundled with some Video apps and cannot be installed by itself. Installing Premiere Pro CS6, After Effects CS6, Flash CS6 or Prelude CS6 would install Media Encoder CS6.

How to enable Adobe Media Encoder in Nvidia Contol Panel

Hi everyone,
I am having a serious issue.
Adobe Media Encoder is showing enabled gpu acceleration (Cuda). However,
Project: small test file. 35 seconds in length.
Composition: After Effects with Camera Rig, expressions = 4
Lights = 2 . "Camera Rig " 3D text.
Length 35 seconds
Dell Precision M6800 Workstations X 2
System Build: Windows 7 pro , OS SSD, 32gb Ram.
Graphics Card: Nvidia Quadro K4100M .
As the project is imported to Adobe Media Encoder
Set to 1080p h.264.
Ame indicates for a 35 second file will take 25 hours to render. !
Also and a big one is AME is running the system CPU at 100 %.
Lastly the Nvidia Quadro is set and enabled for running on Open CL.
Somehow Adobe Media Encoder is not running or being pushed by the graphics card.
Any help would be appreciated. I have been in touch with Adobe support and they are checking into this as well as Nvidia level 2 support.

How do I get "Media" to appear in my Sidebar?

When I insert pictures, files etc into emails, the finder window very kindly shows "Media" as a drop down in the sidebar. But when I open finder by itself this drop down is not in the sidebar and I can find no way in preferences to choose to show it?
Please help.

In Open dialog boxes the "Search" entry is replaced by the "Media" entry in the Sidebar. Unfortunately I have not heard of any way to remove the Sidebar "Search" category and replace it with the "Media" category in a regular Finder window. There is no way to change the categories in the Finder. I wish there were. The best you can do is send Feedback to Apple:

Let them know you would like to able to configure the Sidebar. If enough people request such a feature it could get added in the future.

For packages not included in the basic download, click the coffee cup in the upper left corner, which will take you to java.sun.com There, click J2SE (Core/Desktop), then either Core Java or Desktop Java. The additional packages are divided between the two. (What you want is in the Desktop Java list.)

How can I get Media CreativeSource to recognize my Vision

I recently obtained a new computer and reinstalled all my Vision:M software and updates in the same manner I had on my old computer. When I plug my player into my computer, I know a connection is made becasue I hear the "bong" . However, Creative MediaSource & Zen Vsion Media Explore do not recognize my player. Aslo, my player does not show the docking icon. Can anyone help? Thank you!

I had a similar problem, neither of my machines 'saw' it anymore - turns out I was a little over eager to get things working.
By any chance have you reset the unit recently ?
If you hit reset the unit reboots and pops back up with 'rebuilding' - at this stage do not connect the unit to your pc. Once the rebuilding is complete and you're back to the main menu (Music Library, Pictures, Settings, etc) then you can dock with the pc and all should be well.
