I purchased creative cloud, but for some reason was charged twice on my bank account. I was wondering how I could get my money back for the second charge? Also, when I changed cards on my adobe account that charged me twice on my bank account? I need to fix this immediately. Thanks!

I can see that there were 2 Creative Cloud subscriptions under your Adobe ID - both from 22nd October.
One was cancelled and the charge refunded.
Your payment details have been updated but no charge has been taken from this card yet.
Please let me know what additional charges you are seeing.

I understand what that's like, believe me. And adding problems with an Apple product really adds insult to injury. Trust me, calling them when the lines are open will be really good. They're very nice, and from my own experience they've always found a solution for me. When you're frenzied it's sometimes nice to talk to a person instead of fill out a form. Did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account when downloading them ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.
