How do I get music videos that I have to show up on the Front Row Screen
I have a bunch of music videos and tv show that I have obtianed that are .avi files that Itunes wont recognize. With out converting the formats in all of them, is there any way that I can get Itunes to recognize them or change the folder that "Music Videos" and "TV Shows" is linked to so that I can see these files from Front Row??
You might want to try installing 3ivx and Divx. They certainly seem to have sorted out my avi-related problems. VLC also plays back most video formats (why can't Apple make Quicktime as good?).
If you're still having difficulty, using a program such as iSquint to convert the files is always an option.
Once you have the right CODECs installed, if the files are in your iTunes library, you should be able to play them in Front Row. Although as I recall, only TV shows purchased through iTunes will show up in the "TV Shows" menu.

The videos I can´t play are the tutorial videos that are on line and that teach you how to use some of the apple programs like iweb or ilife. I would like to see them. When I press play, I get a sigh saying ¨missing plug-in¨. SO I would like to instal the plug in so I can see the videos, but I don´t know how to do that. Could you help me? -

I'm going to see if Currys can remove all info from my hard drive and hopefully recover my itunes, but if this does not work is there another way to get them?The computer not working in no way means the drive is inaccessible.
Place the drive in an external enclosure.
Use the backup of the computer to restore the data to the new computer.

I updated to ios8 and tried to use Health Application. In Sources I get a message that other applications will show up on the list as they request permission to update your data. How does it happen? No apps are listed on my Sources section
I have an answer to my question. There is a bug in IOS8 that prevents third party applications to talk to the Health Application. Apple is trying to fix it ASAP

I have a Mac 10.5.8 Dual. I cannot get any videos that I have stored to play. I have tried QT and then DL two out side players from apple site and then went to install and comp said can not be installed on this comp.
When Microsoft decided not to support Windows Media any more, they made Flip4Mac available for free. If you have not taken advantage of that free download, this might be a good time.
It may not completely solve the problem, but your Mac will play more with the free player. No need to pay for the Upgrades.

There is no built-in date picker available for forms created in Acrobat. There are some third-party solutions involving JavaScript (either a large collection of fields or a custom dialog) though. Also, text fields with date formatting will use a wheel type date picker on Android/iOS devices with Adobe Reader.

Yes I uploaded them via USB from my iphone to my imac using iphoto, they do not open in iphoto and when i open them in Quicktime I can hear the audio but not see the video.

I need to know how I can get the music videos on my IPad to play like the music does. What I mean id setting up a playlist, shuffle, and have them play one right after another instead of going back to the main screen.
At the top of the playlist where it shows the playlist title and the number of songs, there are two icons. Click the "play" triangle to add the entire playlist to "Up Next", or the "shuffle" symbol to do the same thing but in random order. But the currently playing track will stop playing, and all the songs in "Up Next" will be removed (replaced by the ones from this playlist).
If you hold down the "option" key while clicking those icons, the currently playing song will continue playing, and the new playlist will be added to "Up Next" (above the songs that were already there). -
Hi. I have got Music Video's on iPad Mini on a Playlist on iTunes. When I use 'shuffle' option the audio of the track is heard but no video is played (only a 'still' from the video). When using the Video option on the desktop, plays videos but does not allow you to 'playlist' them or shuffle them. I can shuffle Music Video playlist on iPhone and on PC. So why not on iPad Mini. Can someone help? Thanks
There does not appear to ba a facilty for this on the iPad. However there are a number of apps that will allow you to create and play video playlists. Try VP Lite which is free.

I just bought the 32 G iPod touch bc I read online that the 8G holds 2000 songs plus other stuff and the 32G holds 8000 songs plus more. I have 3000 songs on my iTunes and for some reason it said it won't hold more than 2600. The advertised number of songs an iPod can hold is based on set factors such as the encoding for each song and the length for each song.
Transferring movies is selected under the Movies tab for your iPod sync preferences with iTunes.
Transferring TV Shows is selected under the TV Shows tab for your iPod sync preferences with iTunes.
Include Music Videos is selected under the Music tab for your iPod sync preferences with iTunes.
