How do i get my bought applications back?

hello.
i recently upgraded my XP to Vista, when i installed itunes on the new vista, i couldn't get my bought applications to my PC. however i just thought i could go to my account and download them again, yet i have bought them, then there must be some kind of service.
so how do i get my applications back that i have bought?
- when i click on them again i just asks me to buy it again.
thats is like nothing to do with service at all?
i thought that application was mine for ever..

After choosing to purchase them again, you will be given the option to redownload them for free if you've previously purchased them from the same iTunes Store account.

My hard drive recently crashed. After getting everything I could back up and running, I connected my Touch to Itunes and it removed all my apps and saved info from my Touch. Where did they go? - A reset does not delete any media (apps, music etc) from the iPod.
- A restore will delete apps, music and other media from the iPod. If the media is in the iTunes library then a restore from backp will restore the media and after a restore to factory defaults/new iPod you can sync the media back to the iPod.
- If not in the iTunes libray, you can redownload most iTunes pruchases by:

Unfortunately there is no way for you to get it back. Just report it as lost/stolen to the police just in the rare case they catch someone with it. If you had "find my iphone" setup through mobile me, there would of been a chance. Sorry.

As stated above, How can I get my Aperture library back from the Photos application? I'm not a fan of Photos right now and haven't used iPhoto in years, so that wasn't a loss... I didn't realize when I gave Photo's access to my Aperture library, I was going to lose it...

Sounds like you have the print dialog minimised, as shown.
If you click the triangle next to the printer name, this will expand the print dialog and from this view you can see all the menu options as mentioned in the guide.

I have authorized a new computer, and itunes is not registering recent purchases. How do I get my entire library back on this new computer without having to re-buy them all?

Got rid of a computer, how do I get rid of the back-up on Time Machine (housed on a Time Capsule)? Can I safely just delete the sparsebundle file?

It is much easier, and much faster, to erase the Time Capsule drive if you do not have other backups on the drive.
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Click the Time Capsule icon
Click Edit
Click the Disks tab
Click Erase Disk
The Quick Erase option will be fine and will only take a minute or two
If you do not plan to hold onto the Time Capsule use the Zero Out option, which is more secure
If you do have other Time Machine sparsebundle files on the Time Capsule and do not want to erase them, then you will need to manually delete the sparsebundle file that you no longer need.
It will likely take about as long to delete the file as it took to make the first backup.

Hello, what OSX version?
Could be many things, we should start with this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS.

My buddy list doesn't see the other computer even though we are connected on Facetime right now. My name is not highlighted for the other computer. What could have gone so wrong?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
