Not sure how to go about getting my screen fixed on my iPod touch! Any one got any ideas?

You can buy a replacement ipod LCD screen from a number of online places. Many of them will even do the change for you (for a price of course) and turn the iPod around in a day back to you.
Try an Internet search for "ipod repair" and you will find many places, most of which can fix or sell parts for busted LCD screens.

How can I get my Nano screen fixed?

My Black 2GB I pod Nano was purchased less then one week ago, and I have used it only a few times. It is scratched incredibly unfavorably. I have only carried it in my right pocket and never with anything else in the pocket. I am very meticulous and took very good care of this I pod Nano, yet the screen has hundreds of scratches. You have caused some serious damage to parts of your computer, and likely voided the warranty until Apple completes a repair and re-certifies it.
Step one is to turn it off and do NOT (did I say do NOT yet?) turn it on again yourself.
Take it to an Apple store and be prepared for a large repair bill.
