How do I get my ibooks that are in my itunes(PC), on to my ipod touch (4th gen)?
I have a my itunes on my pc, all my music and apps sync just fine to my 4th gen ipod touch. But my ibooks that I have purchashed thru my pc itunes account will not sync to my ipod. I have the ibooks app on m ipod, I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong...

Photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days. If you enable photo stream on your iPod you should be able to access those photos but older photo stream photos are no longer in iCloud.
Camera roll photos are included in your backup. If they were on your iPod when you last backed up, restoring the backup should recover them.

I don't know if you can help me, but I erroneously clicked on "auto fill" under the "on this ipod" category of the itunes screen that's located on my desktop. As a result, all the songs, albums, artists, etc., are now out of sync, don't coincide with one another, and when I touch a song to play on my ipod touch (fourth generation) it flips to a different artist/song and plays it automatically. Is there any way I can undo this, and if so, how? This occurred while I was purchasing/downloading music onto my iPod, and the usb cord was plugged into the modem at the time. Any suggestions/advice offered to solve this problem would be much appreciated.

To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music -

I was tlkaing to my dad and noticed that my C: drive is rather low on space and i was shocked cause of how i do not install games and unnecessary stuff on tehre and one of the biggest folders was my itunes backup for my 4th gen I-pod Touch 32 gig.
Well I looked in itunes and I looked under preferences and then advanced preferences the place to change the Itunes media folder, but need ot know if that also includes everything like apps, my songs, etc or if i am looking in the wrong place. I really want to move those 13 gigs of backup off of C: to another drive that has more space, also not sure if I'd need to re-install anything on a drive or not. Firstly iTunes and iCloud are different things, movies are handled by iTunes.
iTunes now has iTunes in the cloud and iTunes Match, but neither deals with movies. Your purchased movies will need to be copied from your old computer to your new one. -

How do I get this beta IOS 7.0.2 JUNK TO WORK with my iPod touch 5?? I was prefectly happy with my iPod until I got the notice to upgrade itunes to 11.1 and would you like to upgrade your iPod from IOS 6 to IOS 7. And like an idiot I took the little green pill and pushed the button. Now I can't open iTunes, some apps; like the Lindsey Sterling app, Safari and Disney don't work either (not that I care about the Disney one, but, it's part of the base setup, you'd think "IT" would work!) almost anything with video links will not open, iCloud can't find me. All I get is that annoying white screen. I'M NOT HAPPY! I could have bought a Windows machine for a lot less money and have the same problems!?! (I'll bet Mr. Jobs is spinning like a top right now!) And I have goggled-- found a few fixes: re-install, restore, etc. found one that stated to get iTunes back to go into the iPods setting by double ckicking the home button go to iTunes app and sign out, then sign in again-- those options didn't work. JEM24
If you restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

thatnksNever mind, got it to work. I stumbled around on Google for a while and somehow ended up reading things from the 'jailbroken' community. They had easy instructions to get out of Recovery mode. Thanks anyway though!
P.S. For anyone who experiences this, here is the fix: Hold Power and Home in unison for 6 seconds, then power on as normal. -

Note that you can only sync with one computer/iTunes library. If you switch libraries/computers, the synced media on the iPod gets deleted. -

This was the scenario:
The first time I updated, it was only my music that was lost.
When I got my music back, I lost my apps.
When I got my apps back, my contacts, notes and photos were lost.
Now I got back everything except for my photos.
(Yes, I restored from backup several times since the first update.)
Do you think if I try restoring from back up, my photos that were taken from my ipod will be restored finally?

Is the iPod jailbroken? Googling shows that error 11 appears if it has been jailbroken.

Bought my Daughter new ipod touch 4th gen to replace her old one and i want to get it ready for christmas by transferring everything (games, music etc) - how do i do this?
Also, if she sells her old one, would the new owner have access to account/bank details?You can transfer iTunes purchases from the old iPod to your computer then sync the new iPod.
Connect the old iPod, launch iTunes. From the menu bar click File > Transfer Purchases From
Now connect the new iPod and sync Apps, Music, etc.
As for selling the old one tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
That will erase all personal data from the iPod. -

Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.
