How do i get my information back if I accidently restored my iphone
I click restored and now all of my old information is missing and no back up is showing that will bring all this important information back up.
Can you please help me?
Did you back up your information first? If not, then I'm afraid, it's gone.

All iTunes content they you have selected to be transferred to your existing iPhone - music/video/podcasts including 3rd party apps remain in your iTunes library on your computer. Photos transferred to your existing iPhone via the iTunes sync process also remain on your computer.

You can sync multiple iPods and/or iPhones with the same iTunes library and iTunes account with each device having its own sync settings.
When you connect a new iPhone to iTunes on your computer, you will be prompted to transfer the backup for another iPhone that has been synced with iTunes. After the backup for your existing iPhone is transferred to your new iPhone, this must be followed by a sync to transfer your selected iTunes content including 3rd party apps and any photos on your computer selected to be transferred to your iPhone. You select sync contacts with the Address Book and calendar events with iCal under the Info tab for your new iPhone sync preferences and this data will be transferred to your new iPhone. -

When you say that your form was destroyed does this mean you no longer see your form in the myforms tab or that the data submitted to the form is missing. If it is missing submissions are they all gone or just some. Any additional information about your for and your submissions would be helpful in figuring out what has happened.

All I can say is make sure you have the same account name on the computer like before, even if you have to create a new user under System Preferences>accounts, then log into your itunes account with that and try to reverse sync from the iPhone like you would normally.
Apple doesn't expect one to go backwards, so they are not all that friendly, you may have to ask around on MacRumors for third party software that can reverse sync from iOS devices.

Although contacts are included with the iPhone's backup, contacts are designed to be synced with a supported address book app on your computer and/or over the air with an email account that supports it, and there are several that do which are free.
Not a good idea to depend on the iPhone or any cell phone alone for contacts which can be lost or stolen or damaged beyond repair. If the contacts are available elsewhere as designed and intended, it doesn't matter if there is a problem with your iPhone's backup in regards to this data. -
Hi, I upgraded from iOS 5.1.1, to iOS 6, and it's ridiculously slow, I can't sync to my computer, (manually manage music), and all of my photos were gone. How can I get my photos back? It says restoring photos, but it's said that for two days now!
It just does't sync. I connect it to itunes, but nothing happens. Where it says how much space I have, it's just on ebig bar that says other. I can play my music on itunes, but not when i unplug it.
All of my photos were gone, i took and saved them with my ipod.
The photo app is saying restoring.

if you sync with itunes then you just resync then it should

I've been having the same problem every 3-4 months: the calendar app seems to hang up, I either reset the app/phone or wait it out, then presto! all internal calendar entries have been deleted. Unlike others in this thread and elsewhere, I am not using iCloud.
Interesting fact: while following the suggestion to hide all calendars, then show all calendars, I noticed that the internal calendar option is MISSING. It's like it just doesn't identify that there ever WAS an internal calendar. Really? Argh.
Apple Support: are you guys monitoring this? I've seen a few similar postings, so I don't think we're alone...
Granted, I have more than a few entries - years of calendar/appointment history have been imported from my old Palm Treo. Thanks to slow performance and odd calendar app crashes, I am very well aware that the iPhone's calendar isn't nearly up to the task of handling this many entries, and have been working to get the quantity of entries down. I must be up near some threshold, as response time seems to have improved with several deleted entries, though it was just before the crash+data loss.
Fortunately, I try to sync with my Outlook calendar nightly, so I do have a backup. However, this type of data loss and instability re VERY painful for those that actually USE and practically LIVE by their calendars. Here's hoping I can remember today's entry modifications...
One additional complaint: WHY can't I edit a recurring appointment WITHOUT it creating a NEW one? Crazy... For all the things this smartphone does well, it does several things VERY stupidly.

Itunes said I needed to do the upgrade to the new OS. So I downloaded the new OS and all the contacts that I have added over the last 2 months just have names and no other information. I tried re-syncing with my computer and that did not work and now that info is missing on my computer. Is there any way I can get the information back????
No, you can't downgrade iOS. You should be able to restore the address book on your computer from your backup, though. Windows address book probably got wiped on the first sync after the upgrade completed. It sounds like the iPhone may have been disconnected before the entire restore cycle was complete if the contact records in Windows Address book got munged.

I owned an iPhone 4s a year ago before I unfortunately lost it. I have since then bought the iPhone 5 but had not plugged it in to my computer yet to download any music. I plugged in my iPhone today to my laptop and my iTunes store stated that it registered that it was a new iPhone and asked if I wanted to restore or update my new iPhone with the information that was backed up on my old one. I chose yes, that I did want to restore the old information in to my new iPhone. However, now that I did that, my new iPhone does not have any of the contacts, texts or pictures that I had already on my new iPhone.
I desperately want my information back that was lost on my new iPhone when I updated the phone. Is there any way to get those pictures and information back? I logged in to my iCloud account and it still did not help get my pictures, contacts or texts back.BarnsleyMif wrote:

No such thing has occurred. iPhones do not backup to one another.
It is not possible to backup a different iPhone from the one being updated.
If the iPhone was restored with a backup from a different device, restore it again from the correct backup.
