how do i get my iphone5 to pair with my apple wireless keyboard?

turn on bluetooth on you iPhone (Settings > Bluetooth > On) on you iMac click the bluetooth icon in the status bar or go to System Preferences (System Preferences > Bluetooth > Set to 'ON' and 'Discoverable') then either on you iPhone or iMac, search and select the other device and choose to pair them.
That's basically it! Hope it helps

You need to check the car's manual to see how to put the car into discovery/pairing mode. Once that is done, the iPhone and car should recognize each other, so long as Bluetooth is turned on in the phone. You may have to enter a passcode in the phone for the vehicle, but that is generally explained in the vehicle's manual.

How do I get my iPhone 6 paired with my 2013 Honda CR-V?  I have tried settings - reset all - to no avail.  Like others, I had no problem with my iPhone 5 update to  iOS 8.

  • My Ipad2 won't pair up with my apple wireless keyboard.

My Ipad2 won't pair up with my apple wireless keyboard. It shows it's available to be paried, but when I try to type the 4 number code and press enter, nothing happens and finally the bluetooth search times out.  Anyone with suggestions?

I realize this is an old post, however I had the same problem (Apple 2009 Aluminum BlueTooth keyboard and iPad 2). I kept getting the "Pairing Unsuccessful" message.  Here's what worked for me:
    1. Turn off the keyboard by holding down the power button until the green light turns off.
    2. I power cycled the iPad by holding the sleep/wake and home button until the screen went to black, and turned it on again. (Not sure if this was necessary, but I figure it couldn't hurt.)
    3. Holding the keyboard in my lap, I pressed AND HELD the power button in through the next few steps.  (DO NOT LET GO UNTIL I SAY SO)
    4. At this point, I got the message on the iPad to type the code. YESSSSSSSSS!
    5. STILL CONTINUING TO hold in the power button, I keyed in the code and pressed return.
    6. Next thing I saw was:
    Bluetooth                                                                             (ON ( ))
    Devices
Apple Wireless Keyboard ----------------------------------------- Connected (>)
    7. That's it. You can let go of the power button now.
Hope this helps, I thought I'd post this in case anyone else was having similar problems.
    Cheers!

  • How do I get two credit cards associated with my apple account?

Is there a way to associate two credit cards with one apple account?  I have a work ipad that is associated with my corporate card but would like to download some movies and such for personal use and would like to use my personal credit card.  If I can't do that, can I have two apple accounts and use them for the same device?

Sorry but no; it's one credit card at a time. If you want to use two cards in a single account, you will have to change card information in your account every time you switch.
But yes, you can have two different iTunes Store accounts and use content from both on your iPad and/or computers without problems.
    Regards.

  • I have just replaced my mac mini because previous motherboard was damaged. I want to pair with my existing wireless keyboard and mouse but can only pair with thebold mac mini which will not start. Any ideas?

See title. How do I unpair a wireless keyboard and mouse when the previous paired mac mini is damaged and will not start?

You should be able to go to System Preferences -> Keyboard and System Preferences -> Mouse and discover the bluetooth devices.
Also, do you have a bluetooth icon on the top bar of your mac?  Should look sort of like this:
If you can figure out which device is which (by trial and error, if nothing else), you can connect to them on this menu.

Can anyone help on this please?

    Hi...
You're going through System Preferences > Bluetooth  ??
Make sure On and Discoverable are selected in the Bluetooth pane.
Click the Bluetooth icon in the status menu bar top right side of your screen. From the drop down menu click: Setup Bluetooth Device
If you don't see the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar, open System Preferences > Bluetooth
Select: Show Bluetooth status in the menu bar at the bottom of that pane.
