How do I get my money back for two charges that I did not get?

I was playing super dynamite fishing on my iPad (on my iPhone now cause no more internet on my way to work) and I tried to purchase an money pack for $7.99. I got an error message saying that the app was from another iTunes account and I had to sign in with that one. I signed in with my sons account, and tried again but got the same message. I signed back into my account, deleted the app and downloaded it again. Now the game has started all over and my credit card has been charged 2x yet I do not have anything but a bill to show for it... Please help. I just want to either get money back or get the in app purchase that I was trying to pay for and did not receive. Thanks in advance.

You've visited the developer's website and tried contacting them (there should be a link on the app's description page in the store) ? If you have and you haven't got anywhere with them the you can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

Can I get my money back for a rental that wouldn't play?

I rented The Hangover on itunes. It downloaded, but when I tried to play the movie it came up with a message stating that it will not play on my screen. There was no warning that this would happen. Oh, and I have a Macbook pro that is about 18 months old.
Anyone know what my chances of getting my money back are? What is the best way to go about complaining?

Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and setting. Then re-setup the iPod with your account/media. To redownload iTunes purchases see:

What if i tried to buy a song, but it wouldn't go through. It said " We are unaable to process your request right now. Please try again later." So i tried it again and it went through and then it said that i bought the song twice. But it wouldn't go through the first time. So how do i get my money back for that song?

If you still wanted the song you could:
Open iTunes...
Click the "Store" menu at the top ->
Find "Check for purchases".
Hopefully it will find the songs you were trying to download and it will finish downloading them without you having to pay again.

Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, so you may want to take a backup copy of it

Where did you buy this app? If it was a Mac App Store app, which one was it? If it was a third party app you will have to approach the developer and / or the seller.
