How do I get my money back? 
This app (Apple Remote Desktop) doesn't do what I need.   I only need screen sharing with one user. 
Installation and setup of ADR was so complex that I was forced to find a simpler workaround. 
I found that a substitute function (75 percent of what I need) is built into Skype.   It's a pain, but it works. 
I'd want to get my money back for this expensive Apple Remote Desktop.    I never got the software to work, not even once. 
I can't find anywhere that the App Store gives any sort of money-back guarantee.

Actually I'm sure it says all sales are final - i.e. Tough....
Unless you can prove that the product description was flawed in which case you can rely on your contries consumer laws.

    Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.

    I bought igtalk pro in good faith but it doesnt work, i cannot see any incomming messages and when i click the links the app crashes.     When you say that you went through iTunes do you mean the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history, and on that did you say that you couldn't find any support from the developer ? If not then you could try that : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    Your best bet would be to try resetting the password to the account that you would like to use via iForgot
    Once you log in to that account change the email address to anything, it can even be fake its just a placeholder
    After you do that you will be free to change your old email address on your appleID to the new one that is now free to be used as it is no longer attached to the other account.

    I had a MBP and downloaded Adobe Photoshop. I paid for it. Then I had to set up the whole MBP again and Adobe was gone of course.
    I downloaded it again. Thinking, I wouldn't have to pay this time.

    If you bought a download of Photoshop, you bought it from Adobe because Photoshop is not sold in the Mac App Store (MAS). You need to talk directly with Adobe about this issue.
    However, if what you actually bought was Adobe Photoshop Elements from the MAS, whenever you need to redownload the app, you do so by opening the MAS, signing into your account (Store menu), going to the Purchases pane and redownloading from your list of purchases.

    Dear Adobe,
    I am awaiting the full and official release of LR3.2 so I can evaluate any SIGNIFICANT improvements in performance.
    As can be seen by following postings on this list, many people, like myself, are having performance issues on equipment that more than meets the default minimum specification as listed by yourselves for running LR3.0. While no guarantees are given relating to the time taken for adjustments made to be actively visible on the working image, I believe it is unreasonable to expect (in many instances) several seconds to be acceptable. This significantly impairs the visual feedback process leading to over adjustments and costly rework.
    Not only are the performance issues difficult to cope with, there are a string of bugs that also effect everyday operability. Personnaly I am experiencing screen flickering, occassional lock-ups of LR3.0 and a complete crash leading to a reboot.
    Currently I do not believe LR3.0 to be of sufficient quality to satisfy commercial usage, indeed I am not sure it is actually suitable for hobbyist usage in it's present form.
    LR2.x was an excellent product, LR3.x has the makings of being a superior product - but it falls short by a long way.
    Undoubtedly, there will be a string of terms and conditions that you can call upon to defend you having to pass any money back, but ultimately you have a moral and professional position to uphold because in good faith I believe I bought the best, built on the reputation of previous versions, in reality I got a lame duck.
    So back to my subject header, should LR3.2 not have SIGNIFICANT performance improvements - How do I get my money back?

    I would say they have as much control as other software developers. If they say it works on a Win V7 then it should work quite happily with the Win V7 drivers, particularly if the equipment is fairly well established and distributed across the PC main brand developers.

    I did, it was called LR3.0 Beta 2 and it worked fine (minus a few of the extra features). They just changed it and now it doesn't which is why I will wait until v3.2 is officially released.

    If you still wanted the song you could:
    Open iTunes...
    Click the "Store" menu at the top ->
    Find "Check for purchases".
    Hopefully it will find the songs you were trying to download and it will finish downloading them without you having to pay again.

    Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app.  When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund.  I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.
