Hi, i have had help with data export etc, i was just wondering how i get my music, paid for and imported from my old computer to my new one?

Well, there are many ways. First concern though is if you have any music purchased from the iTunes Store. If so you must deauthorize the old computer before transferring your library.
If both computers have Firewire ports then the easiest way is to use Target Disk Mode. You can then copy your /Music/iTunes/ folder to the /Music/ folder on the new computer.
When you run iTunes on the new computer it should find the iTunes folder automatically. You will then have to re-authorize the new computer to be able to use your iTunes Store purchased music.

Use the backup of the media and other important files from the old computer to put them on the new computer.
iTunes only syncs with one computer/library at a time.
If you have failed to maintain a backup or no longer have the old computer, you may be out of luck.
iTunes purchases can be transfered from the iDevice. Connect the device, do NOT sync. Select File > Transfer Purchases.
This will only transfer iTunes purchases. All other media will not transfer and will be wiped from the device when it is synced with a new computer/library.

Connect the iPod to your computer and look at the storage used by the various categories as shown in the colored bargarph in iTunes.
Come back with the results.
An "other" larger tha about 1 1/2 usually indicates that the "other" includes corrupted files.
First try:
"First you go settings/general/usage/music/then left swipe over music and press delete and you would think it deletes your music but it doesn't instead it deletes your other but make sure your ipod is connected to a computer while doing this"

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer is designed for you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is purchased content.

You can transfer the music purchased from iTunes Store to the computer but not music acquired somewhere else.
Syncing is one way street, computer to iPhone. You have to use 3rd party tool to transfer music not from iTunes Store to the computer.

When connected to your computer's iTunes you can use File > Transfer Purchases to copy over any music (and other content) that you've bought from Apple. For music that you've copied from your own CDs or bought from other download sites then is it not already on your computer and/or on a backup that you can copy onto your computer ? If not then you will need to find a third-party program to copy them off the phone.

iTunes includes an option to transfer iTunes content that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes store from an iPod, iPad, and iPhone, but this is for iTunes content that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes store only.
First you need to authorize your new computer with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so.
With your iPhone connected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
