In google chrome you have a wrench at the top that you can click on and scroll down to the percentage you would like your page to be 75% or 100%..my pages are showing up at about 25% to small to see or read, how can I change this to where I have use of my full page..meaning the font on my page bigger?

Go here and select "Reset your password." You will receive an email message with a link that bypasses the questions. You will then be able to select and answer the questions again.

When I insert the link to a downloadable file, that's fine.
But I'm losing my eyeballs because iWeb uses the same webpage to open my downloadable file.
The option to check, 'open in new web page' is not appearing.

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. You need to first upload the file to your server and use the URL to the file at that location as the link to external page option of the Inspector/Link/Hyperlink pane. If the browser supports displaying the file type it will open in a new window.

How do I get firefox to let me access my email and favorite web sites?

Firefox freezes up every other time I log into my gmail account. I also can't see my home page (wall) on facebook. There several games I an unable to keep access to as well, one of which is on facebook. I have tried reloading firefox 3 times. After the last reload every time I open firefox I get the welcome page and it sets firefox as my home page (which it won't let me change to google).

How long were you running Firefox before it started misbehaving?
Usually reinstalling or uninstalling/installing Firefox will only cure a small number of issues, primarily issues with corrupted program files. The reason is that most Firefox issues are caused by stuff in your personal settings folder.
But don't delete all your personal settings. Instead, try the Reset feature. This duplicates certain key data from your active settings folder into a new one, bypassing some add-ons and custom settings. Your old settings folder will be relocated to your desktop as Old Firefox Settings, in case you need to rescue anything from it after the reset.

I have searched everywhere for the download and I tried software update. My friend recently bought a Mac and she has all these cool effects (like the one with hearts around your head, birds around your head, makes you have big eyes) She claims the effects came with the Mac but I don't have them? is there anyway I can download them? Every page I load takes more than a minute to load - clicking anywhere gives message that firefox is not responding. I don't like this version, it sucks - tabs are not defined well, can barely see them.

for instance, if I load www.msnbc.com it will take more than a minute to fully load in that if I click on a link or try to scroll, the entire browser locks up, if I try to scroll, or click on the page, I get the message that the program is not responding.

If you've updated from a version as ancient as 3.5.4, then you run the risk of encountering problems. You should start with a fresh profile to ensure old preferences, data files and changes made by extensions are not interfering.
First, create a backup copy of your profile folder, just to be safe.

Firefox 36.0.1 won't load my yahoo mail web page. It seems to load any other web page, just not the Yahoo. mail web page

The template is a document in itself, it is not applied to an existing document whether it is a Pages document or a Word document converted to a Pages document.
You would need to either copy and paste content, using existing styles, or apply the styles to the converted Word document.
You can Import the Styles from an existing document and those imported Styles can be used to override the current document's styles:
Menu > Format > Import Styles
The process is simplified if the styles use the same names, otherwise you will need to delete the style you don't want and replace it with the one that you do want when asked, then the substitution is pretty straightforward.

Check that you still have the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" placed on the Bookmarks Toolbar
* Make sure that you have the "Bookmarks Toolbar" visible: "View > Toolbars"
* Check in "View > Toolbars > Customize" that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
* If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the Customize window onto the Bookmarks Toolbar
* If you do not see the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" then click the "Restore Default Set" button
You can only move the content from a toolbar onto other toolbars if all toolbars support that feature. You need to check that in the options of each toolbar.

How do I get my google search bar back in the middle of my page insead of the Blank searh engine that is on my start up page now

Before I did the last upgrade with Firefox, I had the Google search bar in the middle of my start page. Now , after the upgrade, my Google search bar is up on a tool bar at top of the page and the when you type something in the large Firefox box in the middle of the page does nothing even though it has the Search box to the right of it. The restore last session is under that. I just have a large box in the middle of start page that does nothing. I wish that was my Google search box again.

What you are looking at on the web page is a '''search form''', not a search bar. Mozilla changed the default home page to '''about:home''' which is supposed to be faster because it is on your computer, but they piled on a few ornaments. There is a space which is essentially advertising space for Mozilla, or to tell you that you have a previous session available below the search form area.
You can replace that page with a real Google Search page http://www.google.com which like other Google pages has links at the top to other Google applications and tells you if you are logged into Google such as for GMail.

How to include other web page in servlet response?

Is there any way how to include the contents from some other web page in my own response? For example, I wish to printout some text and below that to put the complete contents of let's say Google's page, so something like:
include("www.google.com");
...So far I found that I can either redirect to that page and l fully lose the control or include the contents of the other jsp or servlet that I made in the same project. I know I can just send the request to that outside page and read the response and print it out on my page, but the problem is when there is a JavaScript and I can't get the rendered contents but just that script. Also, I will not be able to see the images in that case, so I prefer to give the command to web browser to render and show it for me.

I already tried with streams but then just original source is written, so it means that if it is calling some scripts I will get JavaScript code instead of executed result. I thought I must somehow make the browser to process the page and just display the output because it knows how to deal with scripts.

I am developing a test stand to test tires. We have LabView 7.1 and the SCXI chassis with an 1121 transducer card. I am trying to count the rate and total number of revolutions made by the tire. The signal is acquired from a 12V-proximity switch that is actuated once per RPM. The tire turns at 1,000 RPM or a little more.
The signal will have to go through a 100-foot cable to get to the LabView chassis, will this be a problem?
How do I get the 1121 card to read the switch and make it a 1 or 0 to count pulses?
Will LabView be able to read this many pulses per second?
How do I get MPH and a RPM reading out of it?

Hi James,
Since you are cabling your DAQ board to an SCXI chassis with an 1121, you will not be able to use your counters without additional hardware.
The 1121 is an analog input signal conditioning module. It performs filtering and attenuation to help measure analog signals. What it does not have is access to your board's counter pins.
In order to use your counter pins you will need to get the necessary hardware. You have two options:
1) Buy and SCB-68. This is a breakout box that will cable directly to your DAQ board replacing your SCXI chassis. You can connect your signals directly to your counter with this. However, I would advise against this because your application has a 12 volt signal. This will overload the 5v maximum voltage for your counter pins.
2) Buy a 1180 feedthrough panel. This will allow you to use all of your DAQ board's functions with the SCXI chassis. Withouth the 1180 feedthrough panel, the SCXI-1121 is the only thing connected to your DAQ board. Since the 1121 only performs conditioning on the analog inputs, that is all you can access. The other pins cannot be used (no access). With the 1180 feedthrough panel, you can put a connector block on and access all of your other pins (including the counter pins). Again, I would advise against this since your 12 volt signal will overload your counter pins.
My suggestion would be to perform an analog input task. Set up your 1121 in MAX and use a LabVIEW shipping example. In the shipping example select an analog input channel from your SCXI-1121 module. Set the appropriate voltage range and take some measurements. Once your signal is connected and you can read it using an analog input example you are half way there.
Take the analog input shipping example and modify it to perform frequency analysis on the voltage readings. You can simply wire the data from the DAQmxRead VI into one of the frequency analysis VI's (noted in my first post). The output if that VI will give you the frequency of your signal.
