I was haviing problems getting on my server so I refreshed the computer
( PC, Windows 8) now I don' t have any book marks on my browsers and I lost my mail boxes and passwords.

What does 'I refreshed the computer' mean?
Did you create backups of your Thunderbird and Firefox profiles prior to the 'refresh'?

If you are referring to Safari on your Mac then in Safari > Preferences (command-comma), on the General tab you can change 'new windows open with' and 'new tabs open with' to be your homepage instead of 'top sites'

I'm using Gmail on Firefox 6. I don't want my username and password automatically filled in. I don't see a tools menu. There's just one tiny "firefox" tab and no tools under it. How do I get rid of my username and password? NO autofill.

Do you mean names and passwords in the Password Manager or do you mean that you are logged on automatically to websites after closing and restarting Firefox?
There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page. 
The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server. 
If that "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you and you need to sign in once again.

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.

How Do I Get Item In Combo Box and Not It's Export Value?

I created a Combo Box in Adobe pdf listing Company Names in the Item field. As well, I added an abbreviation for each Company Name in the Export Value field. When I try to display the Company Name from the Item field, it displays the Export Value.
The Combo Box is named "Company-Name".
In it, I have a company called "MacKenzie" within the Item Field. It's Export Value is "MFC".
app.alert(this.getField("Company-Name").value); will display "MFC". How do I display or get the value from the Item field?

I hate Firefox 4 and want to go back to the previous version.

To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

If it is a supported version, check if the PDFMaker Add-In is not disabled somehow: Go to HELP > DISABLED ITEMS > Check for the PDFMaker entry, if it is there, enable it > re-launch Outlook.

McAfee have taken the decision to rewrite the Firefox SiteAdvisor plugin to make it easier to update. This should ensure that Mozilla's fast-release schedule does not cause lengthy delays after future version updates. What it means for Firefox now though is that until the rewrite is complete - and tested - SiteAdvisor is being prevented from loading in Firefox in order to avoid the possibility of software incompatibility.
The SA rewrite is projected to take a few weeks to complete and test; it should be ready by about the third week of July, although the exact date is not being given at this stage. It could be earlier.
In the meantime, users who are concerned about the safety of websites may wish to consider WOT as a temporary substitute. WOT ratings are set by user consensus rather than by automated site testing, so WOT is not a full replacement for SiteAdvisor. It is, however, a good rating tool in its own right (I use both it and SiteAdvisor in all my browsers) and is apparently unaffected by the upgrade to FF5.
