i recently purchesed a iphone 4s and downloaded ringtones and music and had to get a new iphone 4s today and my music and contacts transferred but my ringtones did not how do i get my ringtones back

You may need to go back to your computer and re-download the ringtones. On iTunes on your iPhone, you should be able to select the purchases tab and find your ringtones. If not on your iPhone, then on your computer. Why don't you try that, and come back if you still have issues.

I managed to do it by syncing my iPhone to iTunes. I then went to Ringtones in the iPhone sync page, Ringtones section. I unsync'd sll if them, applied the changes and then re-sync'd them. The timer at the top said downloading them and they were there.

If you have copies of them on your computer's iTunes then you should be able to - if they show in the Tones part of your iTunes library then you should be able to sync them to your new phone. Or do you not have copies of them on your computer nor on your backup of your library ?

Your account is messed up in general. It's probably set to US version or some strange thing. Go check your apple ID (signin.apple.com) If you see the american flag in the bottom right, you will need to fix that.

Did you purchase the ring tone on our website or on the phone?

If you synced it with the computer it should have created a backup .
Try Connecting your new phone to the computer -Right clicking on the Phones name under devices -Click restore from backup - and choose the date and time when you created that backup.
Keep in mind any information on your phone currently before you do that will be lost, since it is putting the other phones information on the new device.
alternatively If you Synced your contacts to windows address book, Microsoft outlook 2003/07/10, or address book on a mac - and you could just sync contacts with one of those programs.

You cannot delete Safari.
It is either on another page, in a folder, or you have restirctiosn set.
Check all three of these possibiities.
