How do I get my screen back to 80%

Images are too large for the screen. At one time there was a fix for this, but I have forgotten what it was.
I have windows 7

You can set the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx pref on the <b>about:config</b> page to 1.0 or on Windows 8 to 1.25 and if necessary adjust layout.css.devPixelsPerPx starting from 1.0 in 0.1 or 0.05 steps (1.1 or 0.9) to make icons show correctly.

What exactly are you seeing on the phone's screen ? If the iTunes icon and cable then the phone is in recovery mode, in which case it's too late to take a new backup or to copy any content off the phone - you will have to connect the phone to your computer's iTunes and reset it back to factory defaults, after which you can restore to the last backup that you took or just resync your content to it

I reset all the settings last night, now I cant get any icons up, plus I'm on a local computer that cant download itunes, anyone know how i can get my screen back to normal? All it shows is the itunes sybol with the usb cord connecting to it.

Your only option at this point is to connect the device to a computer running iTunes so you can restore it.

Thanks, this was the clue I needed to figure it out.
From Settings you can pull up Control Center.
In Control Center you can enable "Access from within Apps" (also "Access from Lockscreen")
Now when I'm playing music, I can swipe up from the bottom and a little control center window slides up. Neat - this is new since my old iPod. On this window, the name of the current Bluetooth connection appears. Tap on that, and a list of connected Bluetooth items appears. I just tap on the one I want to connect to and I am now playing through the speakers I want.

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data, but a reset can cure some glitches.
If this does not work, try to set it up as new device, explained in this article:

Don't use the backup afterwards, to rule out a software problem. If the camera is working again, restore from the backup.

After what seems to be a normal upgrade to the new Mountain Lion OS X on my early 2008, 24" iMac. My iMac counted down to restart but did not turn all the way off. At the end of the count down the screen went white with a small file folder flashing on and off in the center of the screen. Also there is a ?, question mark in the miaale of the file folder. My computer was doing the same as yours hinikuru but now there is a change. I turned my iMac off by the button on the back and left it off for about an hour. When I just turned it on the center Apple logo was back and soon the loading logo for the new Mountain Lion program came up. On the bottom of the logo there is a horizontal sliding bar that says the program will take 34 minutes to load. Time will tell. I have two iMacs and if this goes we'll I will install the new Mountain Lion tomorrow. Hinikuru, I was about to follow the information in one of the side bar blocks titled "More like this" on the right side of this screen when my iMac seemed to fix itself! Good luck. How do I get this screen back again?

I don't know what I did, but initially I had this brushes screen with quite a few of the customizable brushes (circled in red) placed below a few rows of the normal, round, basic brushes. Those brushes (without tweaking the settings) produced quite decent results, so I'd like to reproduce that screen again. Problem is I can't find that screen now, I went through all the brushes categories (from assorted to wet media brushes) but I can't find that screen again.

Those are the bristle brushes and you'll find some in a lot of the brush presets that ship with Photoshop but if you want the original 10 back then go to the Brush Presets panel and select Reset Brushes from it's panel menu.

from the information you provided i can't tell if it is a hardware problem or a software problem. I do have an idea though, try to press your home button and lock button at the same time.

What happens if you tap on open?
Remember, if you ever want to find an app quickly, you can slide all the way to the left (iOS 6 and lower) or pull down (iOS 7 and later) to get to an app.
If you know for certain that you have deleated the app, please try restarting your phone. There are many ways to do this, but the safest way would be to hold down the power button and then slide to power down.
Once powered down, restart and try to find the icon on your screen. If you still can't find it, go into the App Store and then find the app you were trying to access. It should have an iCloud download symbol since you've purchased it before, rather than saying "install."

Make sure your phone is connected to the computer and iTunes is open
1. Visit Instagram.com from your computer web browser
2. Click "Download in the app store"
3. It will download and show up in your iTunes
4. Highlight and sync the app to your iPhone (note: it will not show up on your phone, even after it says syncing is complete).
5. In iTunes, select the Instagram icon and click "Remove" or "Uninstall"
6. Click Accept and Uninstall when it asks you to confirm as it will remove instagram and its data from your iPhone
7. Disconnect the phone from the computer
8. Manually reboot the phone after exiting all apps
9. Upon re-start, you will be able to access the app in the App Store, and install it
