Hello! please help me
2011 Oct I bought iPhone 4S , at that time I paid $400 for security deposit ,because I.m a international student.
They told me you can get back the check after 1year, but I could not get that.
So I called 3 times customer center.
They said check was already issued 2012 Oct, but I didn't get it.
I explained my situation they told me we will call back later, we need to check another department etc.
after calling there's no feedback to me .
t's been already 3years.
How can I get back my money T_T

You get the deposit back after 1 year of on time payments, if one is missed that resets. Also if you did meet that the check is sent to the last on file address they had for you at the time.

That is up to AT&T as they took the deposit to cover their uncertainty towards your credit. Upon making the contract and giving the deposit, that should of been laid out to you. Details differ per person based on what their credit was and how much they had to put down.

It is my understanding that after 350 days of uninterupted service, you get your deposit back by check, including interest. I was also advised that I could contact Customer Service and request for a hardship return of my deposit, my account is in good standing and I have not had any interuptions in service.

First of all I've never heard of a $500 deposit. Last I know of security deposits are either $0, $125 or $400 depending on your credit. I found this in an older thread. This is from a VZW rep

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Read the instructions on that page that you posted from, that tells how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

It's most likely not you, no matter what they say. I have noticed a LOT of fraud with itunes, even with my own account. One time I caught them doing a database restore. I know this because my password automagically reverted back to an old one! I'm an IT guy who helped design DOD classified networks in the mid-pacific. I know security. The best protection for this is to NOT have a credit card listed in iTunes. Use iTunes cards ONLY. It's a pain, but until they step up, it's all you got.

Got rid of a computer, how do I get rid of the back-up on Time Machine (housed on a Time Capsule)? Can I safely just delete the sparsebundle file?

It is much easier, and much faster, to erase the Time Capsule drive if you do not have other backups on the drive.
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Click the Time Capsule icon
Click Edit
Click the Disks tab
Click Erase Disk
The Quick Erase option will be fine and will only take a minute or two
If you do not plan to hold onto the Time Capsule use the Zero Out option, which is more secure
If you do have other Time Machine sparsebundle files on the Time Capsule and do not want to erase them, then you will need to manually delete the sparsebundle file that you no longer need.
It will likely take about as long to delete the file as it took to make the first backup.

Your router may not have given your iPod a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address shown starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.

Next, reset network settings on your iPod (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. go to appleid.apple.com>manage your account>sign in>password and security.'That should work unless if you forgot them cuz they will ask you your original qs. if youve forgotten them call apple support. thats wat i did and they helped my reset them. i dont know wat they did but i gave them some info bout my ipod, username, and email and i went back on to appleid.apple.com and they i was able to reset them.
