It sounds like you may have a device filter causing you to see that issue. I recommend this article to help troubleshoot not being able to find the CD burner:

How close can I come to Realtime with Labview student edition and an Arduino project?

Hey everyone,
I'm really new to Labview and just recieved the Labview 2012 student edition and I plan to do a project. It came to my concern that after asking the Labview interface for arduino forums, they suggested that it cannot provide realtime.My project in generalwill consist of two arduinos, one with many sensors close to 30 and the second will have many actuators. My question is whether I can come to develop a realtime crucial system or fast processing speeds. Please provide any input.Your time and responses are much appreciated.

Anything on a Windows machine is not real-time. The micro on the arduino is. You can still program in communications between the micro and LabVIEW and not impede on the real-time operation. It will take some cycles away, but probably not enough to worry.

I have a new computer - it has windows 7 and I have your latest mozilla firefox running. about:home is the opening URL and I know this is not good. But when I looked for the tab to find Internet Options(like I had on my last computer) I can't find it anywhere! I used to use that to change my homepage - that got rid of the about:home before. So now, what should I do? Where is the Internet Options tab? I did try to use the control panel to switch my homepage, but it only switched my Internet Explorer browser homepage, even though it is not my default browser. Thank you.

My Photoshop Elements 11 does not register on my Adobe account so I can not move it from one computer to another.

I have 11 on my old computer (windows 7). I can not register this product from the help-menu (menu item "register").
What has happened so far is that the menu item changed from "register" to "continue register" or similar, and instead of having to log in to the Adobe account, I am sent directly to the account.
If I could get this registered properly this way, I would know the serial number. I do not find the box or email after the last moves we have done, and this is my last resort to retrieve the serial number.
Any suggestions to why I can not register or any other way of retrieveing the serial number of the fully operational version 11 on my old computer (so I can write it in the installation set-up information box for 11 on this new computer (windows 8)??!

You can fully trust the itunes software checks: If it says yours is up to date, then it is .
"Up to date " does not necessarily mean you get the latest new OS , but the latest that was made for your device.. and there you are, in 4.2.1. And as every device that runs 4.2.1 as of today and gets that message :
your device can't have iOS4.3 or iOS5 because the hardware wont handle it. You are not one, but two versions behind ( 4.3 is very different from 4.2 and 5.0 is a complete new OS ).
Enjoy the device as long as it does its job. Backup all your apps. Future versions of apps will certainly not run on it any longer as more and more demand 4.3 or 5.0 .

I believe you need to to into the BIOS and change it to legacy mode to be able to boot from any other device than the hard drive.

There isn't a way to change those sizes. You must reduce your display resolution.
In Display System preferences, Display tab, select Scaled.
Then, pick a resolution that is sufficiently large.

How to recover song that are "lost", itunes can't find them even though I have downloaded and played them before

Does anyone know how to recover songs that itunes has "lost"?
I downloaded them, synced my ipod, songs were added and I was able to play them.
On a recent sync the songs are suddenly "not found" according to itunes. I can't locate them in the itunes folder, so I have no idea where itune put them. BTW-this is not the first time itunes stored songs in a random directory...... Since itune can't find them, they were deleted from my ipod

Look, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful.

When opening any website I get a message that windows can't find the file, after which Firefox opens the site. Why do I get the windows message?

Using XP. I do not use Explorer, only Firefox. The windows message I get does not prevent Firefox from opening. This only happens when I first open Firefox. Once open, it does not happen again unless I close Firefox.
