How do i get my serial number when installing from a disc

i bought the Cs6 from another company, but have all the official licensing. Yet I don't know how to get a serial number. I have an Adobe account, but don't know how to find it either with that.

If you have the installation disc then the serial number should be located on the disc case that the disc comes in.

    CC  mostly asks for serial number if:
    1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
    2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.

    I have checked the order number that you have provided us and that is not for Creative Cloud nor has your services been upgraded to Creative Cloud under that account . If you wish to use the Creative Cloud, I would request you to please go ahead and place the order for the same .

    Nothing. so frustrating.
    The connection is made with apple chords and connected to my last macbookair... nothing strange.

    Not sure why you need the serial # if you phone is locked.
    Plug it into iTunes, and you can get the serial #, and also unlock your phone.

    Purchases from the App Store do not include serial numbers. The App Store itself provides the licensing for the product. You will have to contact Apple to have them help you reinstall Lightroom through the App store (just because it is no longer for sale does not mean that you will not be able to download your past purchases).

    In addition to what Lutz said, unless you buy a CS5 that is still new and unused, you will need a licence transfer through Adobe,

    The serial number will be located in the box the device came in.
    However, having the serial number will not help you lock it.
    The only way to lock it would have been if you set up Find My iPad on iCloud.com and the iPad.
    you could then go to iCloud.com and lock it from the "Find my iPhone" section of the website.
