What toolbar?
If it is the main menu bar that contains File, Edit, View etc see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Menu+bar+is+missing
If it is another toolbar, in the View menu select Toolbars, then if the toolbar is listed there click on its name, that will toggle displaying the toolbar.

Sounds like you are in Full screen mode. Run your cursor to the top of the page and click on the blue arrows on the right hand side.

Firefox will not allow me to install a tool bar from a web site...it was there before I updated recently, but now, even tho I follow all the instructions,,it won't allow it. How do I get that tool bar back?

I use another tool bar from another source as a search bar. I have used it for a long time and never aproblem with Firefox. However, when I upgraded to the newest version about 2 weeks ago, this tool/search bar (Ionly use the search feature) wasn't there. I reinstalled it from the site, checked to allow it, and FF won't let it install. Could someone please tell me how to get it to install. I have another status tool bar from another site on the menu bars, and it stayed through the update and works fine. so theres a bug in here somewhere.

In Safari go to View > Show Toolbar.
Go to View > Customize Toolbar and drag whatever elements you want (like the default set at the bottom) to your tool bar.

It was a disaster loading up my site as it changed the case of the letters and at first no pages were seen, so I had to go through and change the letters that were supposed to be cap, back to cap in every file. How do I get my menu bar at the top of the page with no gaps? Whenever I move it there is a huge gap at the top of the page which I cant seem to get rid of, i posted about this before but none of the suggestions seemed to work for me. i'm not very good with css so im not really sure where to find the problem. There are generally gaps everywhere which looks at absolute mess, no clue how they got there and why, there is a huge gap underneath my menu bar too which wasnt there before. how do i get rid of this too? its probably some padding a or margin but no clue where.

Go into iPhoto's Appearance preference pane and move the Background slider all the way to the left - black.

You could try putting your SIM into an EE phone. It's only a SIM, it should be be able to send an SMS.
