How do i get my webcam working for my hp mini210 1080nr windows 7 starter 32-bit . arosoft says erro

anyone with help would be great i have no clue what files i need or had....they alljust dissapeared one day and the webcams never worked again....like it dosent have one intergrated.

The original first Post response from Dragon-Fur has been edited...my original reponse to Ram_Pulaparthi was so poor it needed to be removed. It was embarassing, yes - worse: it was useless and did not provide any means of creating a positive means of moving forward...
The webcam is not in the device manager because the Device Manager is in charge of hardware that is connected to the computer: The computer cannot SEE the webcam hardware = no webcam device in the Device Manager.
Brutal.
If we cannot find a way to get the webcam to show up in the Device Manager
by reloading and upgrading the webcam driver,
by using system restore (to force the system back to a more "pristine" setting before windows updates,
by using Hard Reset,
by some other magic that is found on the web or in one of the many posts that we all pawed over until our eyes are red and our fingers are cramped...
well, then - you may have to do what I did; send the hardware in for Repair.
And, you know - THAT worked. Finally, when nothing else did, that worked.
I hated that, it felt like defeat. The webcam does work now. Smiling.
Let me think on it some more - I rarely give up easily.
I'll come back when I can think of something else useful to try.

you need to go into the preferences of the actual programs and make the proper settings...
Such as in Yahoo, go to preferences, Webcam tab, sub tab Video and make sure you have the proper camera selected in the drop down menu of video source. In your case built-in isight camera.

Based on what you've posted, your computer does not have the right tuner. You need a QAM tuner to record locals from FiOS, or a CableCard tuner to record all local and cable channels from FiOS.

How can I get a boot-disk for a Compaq P2500 laptop Windows XP Home Edition?

I'm already in another forum with a eerily similar question, but that's for the HP Media Center Pavilion m8000e desktop system (Windows Vista Home Premium) I was just given; I've ordered a new hard drive for that. I assume the directions to create a boot disk with the *.iso file (using Imgburn) is going to work; I have the 25-digit code for that.
This question here now is for my wife's older Compaq P2500 2596US laptop running Windows XP Home Edition. This too needs a new hard drive, but I also am missing the boot disc for this; I do have the 25-digit product code.
How can I get a boot disk for this laptop? I tried the Ubuntu method outlined in a few posts; geez, what a headache ... never could get it managed. Does HP not make any boot disks available? Microsoft told me to check with HP.
I can furnish the product code; model #; serial# ... gee, maybe the oroginal receipt is even laying around somewhere ...
I need a boot disk to get the new hard drive up on board (if I end up ordering that).

Not sure which iOS you are using on the iPad but go to Settings>Store (or iTunes and App Stores in iOS 6)>Tap on your Apple ID and sign out. Then sign in with the new ID.
If you created a new ID - You will have to continue to use the old ID and password in order to update an apps that you bought with the old ID since apps are always tied to the ID that was used to purchase them.
If you changed the email address that you use for your Apple ID, you should just be able to sign into the new one as described above.

How to make "Get Mail" button work for new IMAP acct?

Recently, I started new Internet service with Charter. I set up my new email mail account on my iMac, and everything is working perfectly.....except that Mail checks the Charter email account for new messages ONLY when Mail is first started or the first time I "Synchronize". There's no way to know that messages are waiting, and no other way to download messages.
When I click the "get mail" button, the little wheel thing appears for all the accounts (I still have my ATT accounts active), except the Charter account. When Mail automatically checks for messages, it checks all the accounts except the Charter account.
The messages sent to the Charter account show up right away on the web (looking at my account on Charter's web site). I have no trouble at all sending emails. I have the account set up with IMAP (although, I tried POP, with no change). I have this account set to "Include when automatically checking for messages". I've shut down and restarted multiple times.
I've talked with Charter support, and they've checked their server and all my settings, and everything is OK. I'm inclined to agree it's not an issue on their end. It seems to be Mail.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Yup. It was set to "every 5 minutes", and changing that made no difference. Mail completely ignores the charter account when doing the automated mail check and when I click "get mail".
I went to the local Apple store, without my iMac but with screen shots of the email settings, plus settings info from charter, and we set up the account on one of the iMacs there. It worked perfectly. The guy helping me suggested deleteting the account and setting it up again.
I did exactly that, but the behavior is the same. So.....the next thing to do is take the iMac in. (sigh.)

Muse takes care of generating the redirect code for non-BC hosted sites as well. If it isn't working as expected, what's the site URL? Do you have the Redirect from Desktop option checked in File -> Site Properties -> Layout -> Phone/Tablet?

In a roaming network, your "main" router is the device that would require port mapping/forwarding to be configured in order to access the IP camera from the Internet. This router is also the one that would be provide the private IP address for the camera which you will want to be a static one.
So as you described your network, the IP cameras should be getting an IP address or you assigned it a static one and this is the address that you would enter in the Private IP address (or equivalent depending on the router used) field when setting up port mapping.
If you are not able to access this camera from the local network, then this should be troubleshot first.

Try:
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Oaky, at least we got that far. Next step is to determine if all those "numbers" are really numbers. Changing the format to "number" doesn't necessarily change the string to a number. The string has to be in the form of a number. Some may appear to you and me as numbers but will not turn into "numbers" when you change the formatting from Text to Number. Unless you've manually formatted the cells to be right justified, one way to tell if it is text or a number is the justification. Text will be justified to the left, numbers will be justified to the right.

I was able to fix mine. I went to software update and updated a few things. I did not update everything, but only what I thought were the essentials, which I believe was Safari, a security update, and a firmware update.
Then I deleted and reinstalled Itunes yet another time. Now the itunes store is back up again.
