How do i get new tabs to open after existing tabs

how can i configure firefox to open new tabs AFTER (to the right) of already open tabs instead of wedging the new tab in between already open tabs?

Set the pref browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent to false on the about:config page.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.

Waka, I have Kaspersky running 24/7 but Cor-el (from Superman, I think) gave me a list of software to try.
Cor-el, the middle click seemed to work on a page that went under, which I deleted and tried again with the wheel click.

I Changed my email and my password on my Mac On computer and on iTunes. But on my iPhone 6 and iPad it won't change. I tried restoring, I tried plugging devices into Mac and backing up or syncing
it won't work. Also my iCloud won't even let me change the email on devices. I'm so confused now, I think the iCloud on Mac is also OLD EMAIL. IM FRUSTRASTED

When I open new tabs they just go to a Google Search page, which is very frustrating, especially when I open a new tab and try to type in the URL bar but as soon as it finishes loading Google it blanks out what I typed in and goes to the Google site. In other words, "blank" new tabs do not open to the Favorites page or even my home page. They open to Google. How do I change that? Im running firefox 3.6.12 on a pretty dated computer. Im using Windows XP Home Edition SP3
On previous FireFox editions, opening new tabs from pages Im working on, used to appear at the end of the list of tabs. Now when I open it, it appears right next to me.
Is there a way of altering this setting? I often open multiple tabs from the same page by clicking a link with the mouse wheel and I like to work through them in the order I clicked them. This is usualy for comparing things like holidays, car insurance etc

How do you get a topic to open in a custom window when accessed from the index?

I right click on an index key word and open Properties. There is only one topic associated with this key word. I click on the Advanced tab, select the custom window that I created. Click OK, compile, etc.
When I try to access this topic from the index, it still opens in the default pane. When I access it from the TOC, it opens in the custom window. How can I get the topic to open in the custom window from the index?

The link might not work in Preview (When the option to open link in new tab is checked) however it will work if you do a File>Preview page/site in Browser.
Muse Preview has only one tab and cannot open another tab/window which is why this functionality does not work in Muse Preview. but works in preview in Browser and in published site.

Seems a strange issue, How about un-pin IE from the taskbar, then re-pin it to the taskbar for a test?
If doesn't work, I suggest you turn off IE 11 in "Turn Windows Features on or off", reboot PC, then re-turn on, check the result again.
