How do I get our iPhones Calendar, to sync to a 2003 exchange server?

What on the 2003 exchange server need to be turned on?
I went to a sister plant and they added me to there exchange server, and now I can add to my calander on the phone fine, and it show up on the
PC outlook 2010 calender fine.

BlackBerry devices do not support ActiveSync.
you have several ways, from best to less good :
1)
if your company has set up Outlook Web Access, you can use the BIS connection of your device to connect to the Exchange server (email + Address book) through the url of the Outlook Web Access. The OWA needs to be accessible from outside the company.
2)
if your company has setup an external link to the exchange server (can be accessible from outside the company), you can configure your BIS directly to the Exchange server (email only if I recall correctly)
3)
if your company allows it, on your PC you can setup your email account to automatically forward all incoming emails to a third party email (like GMail or Hotmail), and then configure BIS to connect to that email provider. You will get push email. You can then setup a reply-to: field.
4)
use a Windows Mobile phone that has the ActiveSync feature.

Just for a little background of what happened:
For some time I have had 2 calendars showing up on my iPhone - although all of the events were simply duplicated on my iPhone only - not on Outlook. This has been rather annoying, so last week I decided to remove one calendar off of my iPhone. Unfortunately whatever my actions were, I managed to remove the duplication off of my iPhone, but I also erased all of the details off my Outlook calendar. Now I need to try to get the files off my iPhone and onto Outlook without loosing anything.
Does anyone know how to do this?

Just plug your phone into the computer you are syncing with. What happens when you do?

How can I get the iPhone Calendar to update reminders from Outlook?

I have an iPhone 2g v2.0.2 with an Exchange account through work. Everything works flawlessly except one annoying problem: The iPhone calendar does not seem to recognize that I have dismissed or changed a reminder time in Outlook.
Example: A reminder alert appears on my computer (Windows XP/Outlook 2007/Kerio mail server). I will "Dismiss" the alert only to have it pop up again 10 seconds later presumably because my iPhone didn't get the dismissed reminder message, then syncs back to Outlook that the reminder is still active. I have even opened the item in Outlook, changed or canceled the reminder, saved the item, only to have it pop up again seconds later after the iphone reverts to the original reminder.
The only way I have found to stop this cycle is to open the item on the iPhone calendar and cancel the reminder.
Any ideas on how to solve this would be appreciated.

Just so that you know you're not alone, I have a couple clients experiencing the same problem. Have yet to come up with a solution outside of what you've mentioned. Wish I had more to add to the topic.

I have an iPhone 4s. When I add a calendar event on my Google calendar it shows up fine on my iPhone calendar. I can delete that event on my iPhone calendar and it deletes it on my Google calendar so I know there's a "link." BUT, when I add an item on my iPhone calendar it doesn't show up on my Google calendar. I've tried waiting 15 minutes (the refresh time for Fetch) , and refreshing the calendar page but no luck.

That response would work save one detail: This is my work phone so I get meetings and such added via corporate email, etc. Those go by default to my iPhone calendar so I was hoping there was a way to just sync everything that ends up on my iPhone calendar to my Google calendar.

You add your own property (and it'll be invisible to outlook users, not to worry).
Extended Properties allow you to define custom property on Exchange Items. And it has a
method for setting those too.
Here's a short post doing a very simple intro on using Extended Properties.

I am currently using iCloud across my MacBook Pro, iPhone 4S and Microsoft Outlook on Windows 7. Everything seems to be syncing well apart from the Calendar on my iPhone 4S which seems to only synchronise upon opening Calendar for the first time after a restart of the phone. After the first starting of the application, it seems to just refuse to synchronise the calendar (even if I try to force it by going to Calendars > Little Circular Arrow button) until I restart the phone. I am also having another issue with iOS where it appears my Phone app keeps crashing (after trying to open the Phone part or contacts, quite often I just get a white screen which requires a restart), so I am beginning to think that it may be a bug which I have to wait to be fixed in the next iOS update?
