How do I get photos from one iPad to another
I have brought a new ipad2 and can't seem to get my photos from my old iPad? I thought they would come through iCloud?
Make sure you have uploaded your photos to your computer, then sync them to the new pad.
If you are not using a computer, there is an app called photosync that will transfer them from device to device. Buy it one, load it on both pads, and do the transfers.
The cloud only deals with your most recent photos via photo seam, and won't work for transferring a whole library.
If you do not have a computer, and have a lot of photos that you care about, you should investigate some other form of cloud storage, such as drop box, or the soon to be released google drive. A pad is not a real safe long term storage solution. ( same comment for documents etc.)

How to get photos from one iPad two another keeping the original
My mom bought an iPad 2 I want to transfer photos from my ipad 2 to her photo folder on her new iPad. Not exactly sure how to do it. Hoping someone can advise me. Thanks
Sending the photos over WiFi might be the easiest way for you to accomplish this. The Wireless Transfer App should work. You will both have to download the app on your own devices. Read about it here.

TS4403 How do I transfer photos from one ipad to another ipad with Icloud
I have photos on my Ipad and I have bought a new ipad. Now I want to transfer all those photos to my new one. How do I do it
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
If you took those photos with the iPad, the easiest way is to use Photo Stream. If you have it activated on the old iPad, just open Photos > Streaming (on your new iPad), press the Edit button, select the photos you want to transfer and transfer them to the new iPad).
If those photos were transferred from a Mac or PC, just connect the new iPad to that PC or Mac and sync it on iTunes, so it will get all the photos -
How do I merge photos from one album to another on my iPad
How do I merge photos from one album to another. How do I delete, remove albums.
If they are albums that you've synced from your computer then they are removed by re-connecting to your computer's iTunes, de-selecting them on the Photos tab, and re-syncing - albums and photos that you've synced can't be deleted (and albums can't be merged) directly on the iPad.
If they are albums that you've created directly on the iPad then you should be able to delete them on the iPad via the Edit button at the top left of the album selection screen. You can also copy more photos into (via the Edit button when within an album), and delete photos from, those albums. -

How can I transfer information from one ipad to another?
how can I transfer information from one ipad to another ?
What kind of information? You can sync things like Contacts and Calendars by using iCloud. You can backup one iPad to iTunes on a computer and then sync the backup to the other iPad. You can configure your iTunes content and sync the same content to both iPads.
It is based on what you want to do. Or are you looking for a way to send files from one iPad to another wirelessly? There are apps to do things like that, as well as cloud services, such as DropBox. -

How do I move photos from one library to another?
I have moved my 34gig iphoto library from my MBP to an external drive. I have now created a second library on the MBP with the intention of keeping just a smaller selection of my photos in this ready to edit.
Is there an easy way of importing photos from the old library on the external drive to the new one? Do they link up in any way, or, will I need to export a selection from the old library to a new folder on the desktop and then import from there? To move all the versions, metadata and photos from one Library to another use iPhoto Library Manager.
Exporting from one and then importing to another will not get all the metadata (Faces, for instance) nor will it get the versions.
Another way to achieve what you seem to want to do:
1. Quit iPhoto.
2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the external drive.
Now you have two full copies of the Library. To choose between them: Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library'
3. On the Internal Library, remove the pics you don't want with you all the time.
Now you have one full library on the external and another smaller sub-set on the Internal.
A couple of comments:
a. The external disk needs to be formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
b: When you're removing the unwanted pics from the Internal Library you need to delete them in batches of about 100 or so. Trashing more at one time can cause problems with the database. -
