If you do not own a license for CS5 there is not much you can do to get it thru Adobe. They only sell current versions of their software (CS6 or Creative Cloud). You would need to find a third party vendor and take your chances with them.
If you do own a CS5 license you can download the software thru the following page and use your serial number to activate:

I had a similar issue with my phone.....it just shut off and wouldn't come back on even thought it was charged. My daughter toggled the mute switch several times and then she pressed and held down the home and lock buttons. It worked......would be worth a shot.

You have been syncing the iPhone with iTunes on your computer without a SIM card inserted in the iPhone for how long?
If the iPhone says connect to computer, this means there is a problem with your iPhone that requires restoring the iPhone with iTunes. As already provided, not having a SIM card inserted in an iPhone does not prevent or shouldn't prevent syncing the iPhone with iTunes. How do I get Photoshop CS4 to open .RWL raw files, taken on a Leica DLUX5. I have a Mac 10.91.operating system and have tried downloading and installing Camera_Raw_5_2.dmg, which has failed to do the trick.

Thanks Pierre, I have converted the .rwl files to .dng, but CS4 says it does not recognise them. What now? Or is Mylenium correct?

Hello, you should download the latest DNG converter: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/extend.displayTab2.html
I suggest to contact Leica and ask them why they do not use the DNg format on that camera, as they do on their more costly models.

The D3200 requires at least ACR 7.1, which isn't compatible with any version of PSE prior to PSE 11, so no, you can't do this directly in PSE 9.
You could upgrade PSE, use the Nikon software to convert the files and then open the resulting images into PSE for further editing, or download the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your NEFs to DNG files that your version of PSE can understand.
