When someone sends me a picture, instead of it going to my phone sent through text, it goes to my email account. How do I change this when the option is stuck to my email???

It wont let me select my phone number. Its stuck on my email.

If I were you I would try to find a 3rd-party download site, e.g. via Google. Note that there is no guarantee that 3rd-party downloads are clean or genuine.

If the device has an SD card (micro SD) then you can save the pics to that and transfer to your PC. If there is no SD option, you can reactivate the device, text the pics to your email individually, then reactivate the new phone.
