How do I get PSE 7 to load ICC Profiles?

I am using an Epson R1800 printer with Windows Vista 64bit. The Epson ICC profiles show up on my computer in the Color folder but PSE 7 does not pick them up and display the ICC profiles in the printer profile pop-up window. Is there a bug in the software or am I doing something wrong?

If it's a Mac font and you're on Windows, you can't. If you are also on a Mac, you'll need to purchase the fonts (fonts are generally non-transferable, like software. One of the reasons pdf exists), install them and try your edits.
But it's best to edit the original document and create a new pdf when finished.

plug your iphone or iPad with the USB cable in the computer
it launches iTunes or you launch iTunes directly.
in the left colum , in the middle your equipemnt appears
click on it
the middle space will change and you will see horizontal tabs named home, ??, app, music, and so on
click on the first tab and check all the space:: at the end, if I remeber well there is a check mark for manual sync
or it is on the secon tab where you choose to sync mail accounts, notes etc... at the end the checkmark "manual sync" should be checked hence itunes will not sync by itself but only if you ask for it

pls do these steps to reset your printer back to factory defaults....
Hope this will work...
1. while the printer is on- unplug the power cord.
2. when the printer switched off- pls press and hold 3 and # key buttons while reconnecting the power cord back to the printer.
3.when you see a message " Improper shutdown" just press ok to continue
4.select your appropriate language and country to continue
5. wait the printer to initialize.
6. When you see the normal screen, reconnect the printer again back to the wireless network using the wireless set-up wizzard from the printer's control panel.
7. Try to print and scan wirelessly.

Authorize the computer in iTunes -- Store>Authorizie this computer. Transfer the purchases from the iPad into iTunes and then you can sync with iTunes. Read this for instructions on transferring purchases from the iPad into iTunes.

Using PSE9 on 2 PCs. Files are stored locally on each, and updates synced via Windows Mesh.
Use case issue:
1) Add tag to jpg on PC1 using PSE.
2) Execute PSE "write to file" command before closing app
3) Confirm on PC2 via Windows Explorer that tag info is updated on local file
4) Open PSE on PC2, bur additional tag info is not recognized by PSE.
5) Tried to re-import test files in PSE using "Get Files" function, but tag data was still not read by PSE.
6) Manually added new tag to tag list, reloaded PSE, but new tag info still not read on file.
7) Ran Optimize and Repair catalog functions, but problem persisits.
How do I get PSE to read tag info on updated jpg files without rebuilding the entire catalog every time I edit a file?

Simple : you can't.
Why ? Because the tags are stored in the database of the catalog. When you 'write' metadata to files, you can see it does work. The new tags are written to the files. But the new tags are ignored by the catalog in the second computer. You'd have to delete the file entry from the catalog and reimport it, supposing the tag is already in the tag list. Otherwise the tag would appear in the 'imported tags' category.
The Organizer is not meant to be a multi-user database.
What you can do to share media and catalogs between two computers having the same Elements version is to store the media files and the catalog on an external drive you can plug to each computer when needed. Note that the drives should be recognized with the same drive letter.

The large text size makes your post almost impossible to read.
Excessive use of bold or capitals (also) makes posts difficult to read.
You can drag most of the column headings left or right, or right-click on the header to turn columns on or off.
Once you've used File > Display Duplicates or Shift > File > Display Exact Duplicates you can use File > Display All or the Display All button at the bottom of the list to restore the display.

Everything else in the Edit tab works fine, but when I click on Transitions it just says it's loading ... forever ... or will crash the program & close. Is anyone else having this problem? Welcome to the forum.
It appears that you are most likely having a GUI display issue. Many/most of the Transition thumbnails are animated, so require some horsepower. Also, PrE relies heavily on the video card's/chip's driver.
I would update the video driver, to the very latest from the mfgr. Do not trust Windows, or any utilities to tell you if you have the latest. Check the mfgr's. Web site. Note: if you have a Dell, Lenovo, HP, Toshiba, or another major computer mfgr's machine, check out their Web site first, as many such mfgrs. will tweak the video drivers for their machines.
