I do not know how to uninstall I-play and still keep Mozilla.
Please give directions.

Sorry, there is no adjustment to let X% count as a Play.
iTunes increments the play count at the end of the song. You do not need to play the whole song; just the last 2 seconds is enough. However it will require you manually moving the slider near to the end and then letting it play out. That will be prohibitive with your large library.

You can add a talking head video to the TOC area. Place your TOC on the right instead of the left side.

In I.E. you have the option to save to desktop your favorite website and you only get a shortcut icon. but in Firefox if you save your website to your desktop you get both the website icon but also a folder. but if I try to remove or delete the folder it removes the icon also. how in Firefox can I get just a shortcut icon for favorite website but without the folder.

The problem has been resolved for me. I am a little fuzzy on how it got fixed.
I only have 3G, so I think I went to the library to use wi-fi.
I think I just deleted the stuck apps, and the downloaded them again. You do not have to pay again when you download a previously purchased app.
It is now August, and fortunately I have not had any stuck apps lately.
As you may already know, you cannot download an app over 20 MB via 3G.
I have the Kindle app also. No new updates lately. I only bought one thing using Kindle. It was a guide to iPad that was only $1.99 or so, but it did not really have anything that cannot be found in normal free Apple guide.
I have borrowed an ebook from the library using Overdrive app. You can choose the ebook version from Kindle.
I don't have any weather apps.

That's not easy. The Windows migration tool makes a new user account, and you can't prevent it.
You may be able to transfer what you want manually, but it's not quick or easy. See Transferring files from one User Account to another.

Presuming they're on your computer, right click on them and then follow the prompts to locate hte file on your computer.

You can redownload iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For other music you need to get them from where you got them before.

So I'm adding new songs to a very old playlist? Is there anyway that when I add them, they automatically go to top of playlist? How about getting one song to the top of a playlist. That drag to arrange function is very annoying because it is slow and the playlist does not scroll up very well on a PC.

Make a new playlist by pressing the little plus button at the very lower left corner of iTunes. An new playlist will appear in the Source pane called "untitled playlist". While the name is highlighted, you can change it to whatever you want. Drag all of the tracks from all the albums that comprise a single book to that playlist. Sync that playlist to your iPod.

It sounds like you might have the shuffle button at the bottom left of the iTunes (the button with the squiggly lines).
If that's not the case, then maybe you just need to sort your library by album by clicking the album tab at the top.
Is your music in a playlist, or are you trying to play it from the entire library?

The adapter to HDMI doesn't carry sound from a MacBook earlier than the Mid 2010 models and most TVs don't have separate RCA input plugs for audio with the HDMI inputs since they expect the sound to be carried by the HDMI plug. With HDMI you'll need to use external speakers or headphone jack to RCA sound plugs connected to a stereo sound system if your TV doesn't have separate RCA input plugs for audio with the HDMI plug.

Check with the theater system vendor and see if their system is compatible with the Nano. The resolution on the Nano may be too low for the system.

Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
Other free programs are Pod Player, SharePod and Floola.
If it's a Mac, try Senuti or Music Rescue.

Don't drag the midi into an open Logic project. The tracks won't set up correctly.
'Open' the midi file with Logic as if it were a Logic project. Then all the tracks will be set up so you can start editing them and applying better saved sounds and instruments, but you'll be at a starting place where you can hear what's going on.

The Netflix app doesn't download movies at all. It streams them. I believe you can view Netflix on your television by using the HDMI connector and an HDMI cable.
