How do I get redeem code if I only have gift receipt?

I have a receipt for a $25 gift cards from Itunes, showing the correct email and that the credit card was charged, but I never received the email with a redemption code, so I could redeem it.
It was a Christmas gift from my son in another state.
How do I get the redemption code?

You don't get a code when you buy for yourself from the Mac App Store or iTunes Store. The app will download directly to your system. You only get a redeem code when you are given a gift by someone else, or buy a DVD or Blu-Ray disk that comes with a digital copy features.

If it is able to run it you will first need to buy Snow Leopard: this is no longer sold in the Apple Store but if you ring the Store for your country you may be able to buy it that way.

In my collection I have 500 pictures. In the folder that contains those pictures I have 1000. How do I get the ACTUAL folder to ONLY have the 500 that are in the collection?

If you redeemed the card prior to losing it, then the balance is in your iTunes Store account and the card is no longer needed. If you didn't redeem the card before you lost it, then sorry but just like cash, it's gone.

How do I get my code changes to show when published in Business Catalyst?

I have created my website using !Adobe Muse and have used the Ecwid ecomm widget to integrate a shop. As I wasn't happy with the font, colour, etc, I changed the code using the edit 'html' function, accessing the code information from a design browser mode and then further on in the process, I published it to Business Catalyst. However, now the changes don't show. How do I get my code changes to show when published in Business Catalyst? Do I need to go through the same process using Business Catalyst?
