How do i get refund when i can't get anyone at apple to respond to me and when i hit report a problem nothing happens?

I need some help ASAP!!! I have charges from itunes via in-app purchases that are almost all same amounts but different times. i can not get anyone from apple to respond to me. After i did the whole quick lane via online it said chat later.
On emal that contains bill i even did the report a problem and nothing would happen. I have never had a problem and just want to resolve asap as now its declining my credit card..someone help me PLEASE!!!

6) Fill out info about your device (the one you're accessing iTunes from)

    Then broswer should have private key to decrypt that.
    But as I know, if I install a pfx format personal certificate, I can set can't export private key, which means you can't get the private key to use it. So how can
    the browser decrypt the data without private key?
    By the way, what is CSP, use CSP's interface can we use CryptoAPI
    to decrypt data without private key?

    There was no problem installing it on my new computor, but it says that i have to deactivate my earlier installation (within 30 days) since i have already installed it on two compters (i need to have the program on both my lap top and my stationary computer)

    The old rule of thumb was to keep 10-12 GB free. Any lower than that and you will start to have trouble. I was very close to that for a long time and never had any complaints. Now, Lion "encourages" 20% free space (on my newer 250 GB drive) so I try to keep it with more than 50 GB free.
    Do you still have the original memory in that machine too? The metal plate you have to remove in the battery compartment also provides access to the RAM. Your machine will take 2 GB of RAM, possibly 3. You definitely want to max that out too.
    Regardless, you definitely need a new hard drive. When Apple switched to PC components, they had to take a quality hit. These 2.5" notebook hard drives are not very reliable. I'm surprised your hard drive hasn't died by now. I usually get a new hard drive with every major OS upgrade. A $ 50 investment every couple of years is no big deal.
    Unfortunately, you (and I) suffer from being an early adopter in 2006. Those 32-bit machines only accept 2 GB RAM (maybe 3) and are only 32-bit so they can't be upgraded to Lion. Because of this limitation, you won't see as dramatic an improvement as you would with a 2007 machine. If you run more than a couple of applications, your hard drive is always going to have to be doing some VM work. My 2006 machine has even lost its bluetooth. I gave it to my brother. My very similar 2007 Macbook is still running great.
    So, you must get a new hard drive because your old one is likely on death's door. If you don't have at least 2 GB - get it. If you can't afford a new machine, you might want to consider an SSD. That might help mitigate your RAM limitations. You can spend from $ 100 to $ 350 and get a dramatic speed improvement.

    You should have your stuff separate from your mom's. Delete all the apps downloaded or purchased with your mom's Apple ID and download or purchase them with your own Apple ID. Back up files and data first if possible.

    To get the iPod in recovery mode and DFU mode you first have to turn the iPod off.
    Just what is the problem you are tying to resolve?
    Sometimes you have to let the battery fully drain if you can't turn the iPod off. After charging for at least hour try again.

    Do you have the "Green Arrow" icon on one of your toolbars? That usually will list your most recent downloads with a button to open the folder where they are saved.
    If you don't have that, you can open the full download list using either:
    * Ctrl+j
    * Tools > Downloads
    * History > Show All History, then click Downloads in the left column
    Can you find the download listed there and click the "Open Containing Folder" button?
    Are you downloading Flash or Acrobat/Reader?
    For Flash try: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    For Acrobat/Reader, you may not need an update.
    Firefox's plugin check site only recognizes the Adobe XI (11) series as current, but if you have checked for updates in your Adobe Reader X or Adobe Acrobat X product (Help > Check for Updates) then you do not need to update the plugin.
