How do I get rid of a red square with a red circle around on my playlist on my iPhone 4S?

How do I get rid of this red square with the red circle? It only shows on the right side of the song on my playlist and the song won't play. My playlist now skips 10/12songs before it plays another. When I checked iTunes on my computer there is nothing changed on the playlist. I downloaded the latest iTunes and synced the phone again but still nothing. I do not want to have to restore and do this all again. Help.

When I search for solutions, I find several references to the backup feature of Norton 360. There also were references to MozyHome and McAfee.

THE BLAH BLAH BLAH…
I tried many different suggested ways of getting my phone to sync music.
I kept clicking on songs i wanted to listen to on my iphone, and it would just zoom through my lists playlists and only play 'itunes purchased’ music and leave all other music greyed out and/or with a small red square inside a circle.
After weeks of fuming about how crappy and stupid apple is becoming... and scrolling through lots of posts on how to fix it and this is what worked, instantly, with bugger all effort/time/syncing.
THE SOLOUTION
go to 'Music' button on your device... (in my case iphone 5).
Make sure your phone is on the inital screen, where down the bottom, it has 5 sub options...
-Radio
-Playlists
-Artists
-Songs
-More
"More" is what you are after... so click/navigate to "More", then go down to the "Shared" option.
there were two options listed under the 'Shared Tab' within 'Music' on my iphone;
Ashley's iPhone
and
Ashley's Library
My phone was set to "Ashley's iPhone" - (there was a tick next to this option)
I instead selected and changed my shared setting to ; "Ashley's Library"
And it worked. INSTANTLY. Smple as that.
(please note; not sure if it makes any difference, but fyi my phone is using ios 7.0.6. )

I wanted to start clean on my MacBook Pro osx 10.9.4. So I did the command r and erased what I thought was the right one. I restarted my computer and did the command r again and what came up was internet recovery. It can't find my internet because it's WEP and I don't know to change it to wpa. So I restarted my computer again and I didn't do the command r but just let it load itself to see what would happen and all I get is a flashing file with a question mark. I don't know what to do. Someone please help me.

How do I get rid of this yellow box with my name/address that is stuck at top of my screen?

I have this annoying yellow box at the top of my screen. I am guessing my baby girl was typing on the computer and hit some combination because now I have this yellow box on the top of the screen with my name and address in it and I can't move it or make it disappear. Any ideas?
Also, how do I defragment my iMac?

Re the yellow box, have you tried restarting?
If you click on the box, what application name is displayed for the app menu (that's the first menu to the right of the Apple menu)?
Re defragmenting your Mac, such is usually not needed with OS X. OS X usually takes care of that itself, on the fly. What causes you to think it may be necessary to defragment the drive?

HT1417 i have about 1000 songs in my library and about another 300 with the ! to the left of the song AND a bunch of duplicates. How can i get rid of all the songs with the ! and my duplicates and totally organize my library at the same time without check

If the media is in the standard iTunes folder structure or something similar then I have a script called FindTracks that can often repair things. For more details on how it works see this thread.
For duplicates I have another script called DeDuper that cleans up, while preserving playlist membership, highest rating and merging play counts. Please heed the warning to backup first and review this background thread on what it does.

CS6, How do I get rid of the blue box with blue lines through my art.

This is definitely something small but very annoying, Only happens sometimes when I receive art from customers. This issue prevents my Mimaki / Fine cut plug-in from tracing the actual art itself to plot. Instead it just traces the bounding box.. Any help would be awesome. Also just an opinion on this software in general- It would be nice to not have to make 10 steps to do something very simple like removing a box and just leaving the art?

Sorry for not getting back to you guys, I figured it out. All you have to do is hit "EMBED" on the top menu and then you are free to manipulate the art. Thanks for your time though.
Also, It is a printe/ cutter mimaki cjv30-130 prints and plots on one machine. I will use the image and trace it/raster, Then select or draw my cut paths

How do I get rid of lip-sync issues with iTunes 10.2.2.12?

Hi Everyone.
Firstly, a very Happy Easter!
I'm having lip-sync issues with iTunes playback on my PC. The video is largely smooth with the occaisional choppiness when the CPU is made to work hard. (Playback on my iPod Touch is fine).
The system stats for my PC are at the bottom of the post.
The sound is produced through a Creative Live Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 card.
Video is through a NVIDIA Geforce 6200 with 512Mb of RAM. (All video and audio drivers are up to date).
The physical set-up is that I have iTunes installed on the C drive and my media installed on an external USB hard-drive.This isn't just a problem with 10.2.2.12 - it's been there for the last few updates.
I suppose my main questions are:
Should iTunes and my media be on the same drive? (Which would mean the external drive as I'm short on space on the C drive).
Is there some combination of settings in QuickTime that will solve this? (I've tried different combinations, but it doesn't really help).
Is the spec (below) of my PC causing any issues.
Here's an Easter Egg for anyone able to help!!

Select *List view* instead of *Album list view*. These are in the View menu or the boxes next to Search, on the right top of iTunes.
and the column next to it with a number in it that I have absolutely no idea what it's for. I want those two columns OUT.
In List view, you can turn off every column (in menu View > View options) except track name.
