How do I get rid of rootkit spyware and trojan malware?

Every time I go to open my safari browser a little grey box appears saying I am getting unauthorized access on my browsers. I believe this problem has occurred from streaming a movie.
The box also says this network may be infected. I then click okay and a red screen appears with a white box with writing in it saying to call a phone number immediately and that my mac has found two malicious viruses but I have read online that this isn't a virus just something attached to online streaming.
I don't know if I should download a program to get rid of this or to do something else. I tried to reset safari but it didn't work. Hopefully someone can help.

Whatever that is, it's completely bogus and should be ignored.
You're mixing a lot of metaphors. Please provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing:
Screenshots (Mac):
To take a screenshot hold ⌘ Shift 4 to create a selection crosshair. Click and hold while you drag the crosshair over the area you wish to capture and then release the mouse or trackpad. You will hear a "camera shutter" sound. This will deposit a screenshot named "Screen Shot...." followed by a date and time on your Desktop.
When you post your response, click the "camera" icon above the text field:
This will display a dialog box which enables you to choose the screenshot file (remember it's on your Desktop) and click the Insert Image button.
⌘ Shift 4 and then pressing the space bar captures the frontmost window.
⌘ Shift 3 captures the entire screen.
Don't capture or upload any information you consider personal. To edit an existing screenshot, read How to edit a screenshot.
Drag the screenshot to the Trash after you post your reply.

Yes, it's seems like a poor design decision.
By putting the date on the line below the Note title in the Notes Index, the app shows half the number of notes per page AND if you have a large number of notes, it takes twice as long to stroll down.

You'll have to restore the device, but with out the restricions passcode you'll have to put it into recovery mode first.

Although FireWire and USB connections will allow multiple iPod devices to be connected to the computer at the same time, iTunes for Windows works best with only one iPod connected at a time. If you are referring to Safari on your Mac then in Safari > Preferences (command-comma), on the General tab you can change 'new windows open with' and 'new tabs open with' to be your homepage instead of 'top sites'

FILES: how do I get rid of EXEC status and set them to open with "none"?

I dropped my laptop and damaged the drive. My computer forensic friend salvaged specific files.
Transfered to a FAT32 drive and then copied to Mac.
Most of files are fine with the exception of some setings files that showed up as Unix executables. The few original files that I have to compare them to, show "Document" as the file "Kind" and the "open with" shows "none" in Get Info
When I look at the contents of the files they look fine. How do I get rid of the EXEC status and set them to open with "none"?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
These are settings files for a set of .wav samples for an AU drum plug-in.

If you have xcode installed, you might want to find out what the type and creator code for these files should be. Since the files have visited a FAT32 file sytem, you will have lost all resource forks as well as type and creator HFS+ meta data.
So assuming you do have xcode, create a new AU drum plug-in file then in the terminal:

If it happens again the make sure that you aren't suppressing website colors.
