How do I get rid of the alert saying capacity is over?

I was putting msic and stuff on my iPhone from my itunes and i put a movie on my phone and it said that i had too much stuff in my ipod when i didnt.  I was just putting everything from my iPod to my phone.  My ipod has 32GB and my iphone has 16GB but i only used 13GB on my ipod! I deleted the movie from my phone but it still kept saying that I had an over capacity even though my iphone says that i only used 1.7GB! I can't sync any of my music and I'm not planing on rebuying them on itunes!!! I also restored my phone TWICE so I don't know what's wrong with itunes!!!! HELP ME PLEASSSEEEEE!!!!!

Go to System Preferences => Accessibility => Voice Over => uncheck VoiceOver
or enter Command-F5
The VO just about drove me crazy until I found out how to turn it off!
