I have it on my tool bar but when I go to ad it to my e mail it will not go..I can get it to work on e but not on firefox..whats going on

How do I get Firefox 3.6.6's Save Tabs feature to work on a newly wiped iBook on which only Firefox and the OS are installed? I have tried all the suggestions and continue to be unable to save my opened tabs when quitting Firefox.

I finally figured it out. I have 6.0.2 on snow leopard however this solution should work for all mac users. When you hit command-Q or firefox-quit let the program exit then whenever you start it back up go to history and select restore previous session. I just tried it with 15 tabs open in 2 windows and it worked flawlessly. Here is a picture as well to show you where to click. One thing to keep in mind is if you have a lot of heavy data/bandwidth pages to open back up they will all load at once and will take sometime to open unless you have fios or similar. I you guys have any other problems let me know and I will see what I can do. [email protected]

If I try to open Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint I get hte folowing message:
"You can't open the application Microsoft Wod because PowerPC applications are no longer supported."

How can I find out how old my Office:mac program is? It cost $149.99 at the Apple Store. I think it's only 3 years old. So Apple wants to kill Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.? Fine, a fair warning would be appropriate. I would not have "upgraded" if I knew $29 was really that plus upgrading everything else.
That's totally unlike Apple to not be able to access common documents when doing an upgrade.

How do I get home sharing to work between my Mac and a PC

I can see my families iTunes libraries on their PC's but I can't home share. The symbol I have by all of their libraries is a square with a music note in it. Between their PC's however they can share and their symbol is a house. It has to be something within the Mac not allowing me to share music. Any thoughts on settings within the Mac to allow the homesharing to happen?

The Wi-Fi connections section is in Settings > Wi-Fi

If your iPad is completely non responsive, try a restart.
Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep button simultaneously ignoring the red slider. Keep holding until the Aple logo appears and your iPad will restart.

Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

How do I get iTunes 11 to work as the old iTunes did in this respect: after playing a song in one playlist, I click on another playlist, highlight a song, press play, and get the result of that song playing & that playlist continuing? As it goes now, one clicks on the song in the new playlist where the arrow is and then chooses 'Play Song Next.' So, it plays next, but then the song after that is back in the old playlist. I want to use iTunes smoothly without the extra clicks I've had to do in order to get the playlist to continue. This is music for background while I play the violin at restaurants, and extra clicks and hassle is quite unappreciated, especailly since it worked fine in the previous iTunes.

At the top of the playlist where it shows the playlist title and the number of songs, there are two icons. Click the "play" triangle to add the entire playlist to "Up Next", or the "shuffle" symbol to do the same thing but in random order. But the currently playing track will stop playing, and all the songs in "Up Next" will be removed (replaced by the ones from this playlist).
If you hold down the "option" key while clicking those icons, the currently playing song will continue playing, and the new playlist will be added to "Up Next" (above the songs that were already there).
