Long story short I broke my phone screen and recieved a new device which immediately updated to 1314 firmware. The problem with this is it did not get the benefits of the 1308 and possibly the other firmwares before it.
Does anyone know how to get the other firmwares as well? Before anyone asks, having 1314 has not given me the abilities of all previous firmware versions as evidenced by not having the advanced storage option available. Please help!!

You can not do that using Adobe Acrobat 9. Adobe never made a create PDF add-on for Firefox for use with Adobe Acrobat 9. They created a Firefox add-on for use with Acrobat X, but currently that one does not work with Firefox 4 though Adobe are working on an update.

How do i get the share music feature to work i have already selected to share them on my network, but i went to another computer and i don't know hot to see the songs im sharing.

One computer on the network would need to have "Share my music" activated on the Sharing tab of the CTRL-, screen.
Another computer on the network would need to having "Look for shared music" activated on the Sharing tab. Then so long as there are no firewalls are other obstructions that keep one computer form seeing another, the first person's library will appear in the Source pane on the second person's computer.
The limit is five shared libraries per network.

Alternatively, if he ever synched the iPhone to his computer, he can launch iTunes, go to the Preferences, select Devices, and hover the cursor over the backup file for the iPhone. That should show him the serial number.

I use Firefox 3.6.17, Dutch version. At home i've updated to firefox 4. But I miss in this version one of the nicest features (i think): In the navigation toolbar on the left side (in version 3.x), you can browse back and forward and also there is a small arrow that shows the pages that you have visited (I don’t know the name in English, but in Dutch it is called recente pagina’s, literally translated recent pages). In version 4.x this little arrow has disappeared.
How can I get it back in version 4.x?

In the past 48 hrs, all of a sudden, the New Tab feature on my PC< using Firefox 3.56, simply stopped working. I did not change settings, or download a new version of Firefox. it just stopped working. There are other scenarios where it does still work (for example, if I want to open a link on a web page, I can right click and open the link in a new tab), but if I simply want to have multiple websites open at once on my PC, I am forced to have multiple versions of Firefox open, as my New Tab option seems to be disabled or something. Can you help?

There are similar issues of posts and complains about current version 1.0.04. I think Linksys does listen to all of this . So , my question to Linksys support is why you keep insist users to use the new version and did not try to dig in & understand & solve this problem. At least , Linksys should provide the last 3 recent versions for people to try .

How can I get the Auto Brightness feature to stop turning itself off?

I just moved from a GS5 to the GS6. I'm having several issues with the GS6. For this discussion: I check the box for Auto Brightness control. Shortly thereafter, the box seemingly un-checks itself and the brightness blasts up. That's not easy to read and it certainly will deplete my battery charge more quickly. Have I missed something? How do you get the IPAD2 to charge? We have tried both ways and it never goes any higher than the percentage it is? We have plugged it into our computer and into an electrical outlet but does not charge. We got it brand new so it should work.

We are having trouble getting our new IPAD2 to charge. We have hooked it up to our computer and no charge, we have used the outlet and still no charge. When we first connect it to an outlet it shows the battery but it immediately goes off and it is still at the same percentage hours later.
Do you have any suggestions as to what we need to do to get it charged?

Try resetting your iPad by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Then try to charge.
It should charge from the outlet but may not from a USB. Try a different cable or adapter. If you don't have one, take it all in to Apple... the adapter may be defective. You have a 1 year waranty.
