How do I get the 600 ex-rt off of ratios and put in power output?

I can't find it anywhere in my manual or the custom functions. For instance, it is showing the ratio of 1:4 instead of the power output of 1/4 power.
I am using a Mark III.

You have to put it in manual mode, instead of eTTL.

Try these two ways to fix the iPhone (in order). If neither works, you would have to take it to the store.
1. Reset the iPhone. Hold the on/off and home buttons togehter for about 10 seconds. If it works, you'll get the Apple logo and then something good should happen.
2. Try recovery mode as described here:

If one of these work, you can then re-introduce the iPhone to Find My iPhone by doing Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone = "On" on the device.

1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If I make a playlist of my favorite Sax players by dragging there songs from their homepage into my playlist not purchasing them. Those songs appear along side my regular songs in my overall music library with option to buy them. The only way to get rid of them in my Music library seems to be to delete the playlist.

On a PC (Window 7) the iPhone shows as a digital camera in Windows Explorer under the computer section. You can import the photos from there. Sorry I'm not familiar with Windows 8, yet.

You have a 1st Generation Time Capsule.
Your model can produce two bands....either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz....but not both simultaneously.
You would need a Generation 2, 3 or 4 Time Capsule for simultaneous dual band capability.

The only thing I did was I went to the Apple.com , logged in and changed my primary e-mail since I will be losing the old email soon ( I have a different job). I said update info and verified the email was correct. I just went to settings on icloud and logged out and tried to log in and now it won't take anything. I don't even know now which e-mail they want the primary one or recovery, it won't take any of the 3. Not sure what else to try at this point, I guess I can't buy any more music.
