How do I get the ability to upload to Flickr back?

I have a CC subscription and downloaded LR5. I had 4 on the machine, just to play around with.
I took some pictures, fire up LR5, and it said "you need to convert" (I do not have the actual words right here).
Imported the photos, messed with them, want to send to Flickr. I have Flickr in my publish services, when I look in plug-in manager the Flickr plugin is there and active, the settings are correct, I click on it. But when I click 'Export...", I get asked for information to export to "hard drive". This seems to be a problem. The options in the 'export to' pulldown are Email, Hard Drive and CD/DVD.
I read that apparently what I did was foolish, because there's supposed to be Some Way To Do This but it requires Installing It All Properly. If someone can tell me what I'm supposed to do to get this working again, I would appreciate it.
I just want to toss some pictures on Flickr.

If I understand you correctly, you need to Scale and Position each clip. These are part of the inherent Motion effect attached to every clip, found in the Effects Control Panel.

Is the album still available in Itunes store? Can you redownload it fro previous purchases?

I found one other way to do it. I just deleted them all out of my iTunes library. Now I can re-import them from Window's My Music file with the original artists' names intact.

You should be able to recover the media with the tips in this post from forum regular Zevoneer but I'm not sure what the implications are for your application settings. You can probably transfer your purchases into a newly authorised library, backup the device, recover any other media using third party tools, then restore the device from the backup. That should switch the assocation of the device to the new library but it is not something I've personally tested.
When you get it all working, make a backup!

Do you know --- the last time I tried to back up my itunes it asked for 106 cd's do you how to direct the backup to the external drive? By the way I found 3 back up cds from 2010 and 1 of the 3 cd's had an error.

Hello Lisa,
Double check your iPod's sync settings from under it's TV Shows tab in iTunes. Make sure it is not set up to sync only unwatched episodes.

The problem is that what I get instead of the filename is:

However, the correct File appears to be uploaded.
So what do I do to obtain the correct filename?

Is this the pop-up that you see when finishing a download or do you mean the pop-up you see if you hover a link?
When a download is in progress then you see a download progress bar on the Navigation Toolbar instead of the Download Manager button and that button is highlighted once the download has finished to make you aware the their are new downloads.
You can view the new Download Manager in a tab by opening the about:downloads page and consider to open this page in a separate window.
