How do I get the "auto portrait/landscape" option to show during printing in Adobe Reader Touch

When I print using Adobe Reader Touch, the "auto portrait/landscape" options does not show up. As a result, all pages in a document are printed in the same orientation even if they are not all of the same orientation in the file itself. I don't believe this is a printer issue because if I use Adobe Reader X (v. 10.1.6) on the same computer/printer, the auto option does show up and the documents print as desired. I use Windows 8. As the video quality of Adobe Reader X is extremely blurry in Windows 8, I would like to be able to use Adobe Reader Touch exclusively. How do I get the latter to give me the "auto portrait/landscape" option during printing?

Hello Pelle,
Thanks for the feedback. Our printing code in Adobe Reader Touch doesn't have that capability right now, but since you mention it we should probably do what you're requesting by default. I'll put that into our backlog for a future update, but I can't say yet when it will be available.
In the interim, if you have pages that are different orientations, you can print them in blocks manually to get what you want, but I understand that's a hassle.

I note that you are using a gmail mail account. Please note that the gmail 'All Mail' folder is gmails archive copy of all of your emails, so if you subscribe to see this folder it will double the amount of space used. It is suggested that you do not subscribe to see this folder.

Thank you for your advice. I followed your directions, but came up with the same results. However, I did discover that whenever I open up the iPhoto Library that is already existing on my MacBook a certain set of pictures shows up. But then when I open up the iPhoto Library from the Hard drive another set of pictures shows up. BUT not ALL of my pictures are showing up on the iPhoto Library from the hard drive. At least the last two years of pictures are not showing up?! Actually, it appears that all the pictures are there from when I started using iPhoto about 5 years ago up until around the time that I got my iMac desktop computer and started using that (2 years ago). I have noticed that more recent videos I have made are showing up in a folder on the hard drive, but will not appear when I open up iMovie?! Any ideas on how to access my pictures from the last 2 years off of the hard drive???

I just moved from a GS5 to the GS6. I'm having several issues with the GS6. For this discussion: I check the box for Auto Brightness control. Shortly thereafter, the box seemingly un-checks itself and the brightness blasts up. That's not easy to read and it certainly will deplete my battery charge more quickly. Have I missed something? How do I get the android version of Firefox to show my sync key OR export my bookmarks?

This is so aggravating, I have spent hours and hours now trying to get my bookmarks out of my Android device, to no avail.
There are two addons out there, none of which work with the current version (18) of FF.
So I took the about:synckey plugin (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/aboutsynckey/) and updated the install.rdf with the android GUID and bumped the em:MaxVersion. Now it installed! WOHO!
But didn't work. :-(
Googling I managed to find a post in http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/941765?page=2 where cor-el points out that the code is wrong. So I make the fix: The call to get the key should supposedly be 'Weave.Utils.hyphenatePassphrase(Weave.Identity.syncKey)'.
I reinstall and try again, but no dice. I try to insert an alert. No dice. The Javascript doesn't seem to fire.
I try on the desktop, and it works! Well, I don't have a key, but the alert fires as least.
Does Android require signed packages for JS to run, or what am I missing here?
The fact that there is no way to get the sync key out of FF for android NOR export bookmarks is, to use a strong word, retarded. Googling around there are many many threads from people who have, like me, lost their recovery key. It's aggravating because the data is there. I have my bookmarks on the device. I know the key is in there or it couldn't decode them. There's just no way to get at it because everything is locked down.

One thread suggested 'jailbreaking' and then somehow exporting the sql-lite(?) database containing the key, extracting it from there. I'm not doing that. This isn't supposed to be hard, this is supposed to be three clicks and you're done.

This is because the directions you are seeing are out of date. They applied to Firefox < 10.
The only way to get data out of the Firefox for Android profile is to use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/copy-profile/
This data is not directly importable into Firefox desktop. It would require some inspection of the SQLite databases to accomplish what you want to do.

The problem turned out to be an error on the prefs.js file where one or two of the parameters with the current version number were not properly updated, so the browser always thought I was opening it for the first time on a new version. I edited the version number in those parameters to agree with the version number in the Help/About dropdown and the problem went away. It has been a while now and I do not recall which were the faulty parameters, but here are the ones in my current prefs.js file that refer to the browser version (currently 21.0 for me):

When I search for my website on Google, the description that shows up is the actual content of the page. I had it set previously to where the metadata for the home page would show up in the description. But now I edited the information in the metadata and that no longer shows up. I dont think I changed any other settings...what do I have to do in order to get the metadata to show up? Please help, thank you! If you are using the latest version of Pages on your Mac in Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8) the iCloud panel appears when you go to open a Pages document.
You need to upgrade your Mac OS to get it.
