How do I get the correct icons for Favorites?

How do I get the correct icons for Favorites on my iPad? I am using iOS 7. The icons show up correctly in my bookmarks in Safari on my iMac OS X (10.8.5).

I don't think there is a way to get them. Why they show in the Bookmarks vs Favorites.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

When I go to Bookmarks, and I go to Bookmarks Toolbar, the list of bookmarks used to have the little logos/icons associated with the company, etc. I liked these. When v9.0.1 updated, I lost these. There are two Applications folders: /Applications (in the root level of the hard drive) and ~/Applications (in your user folder).
If you have a look at the bottom part of the screenshot, you can see where Chess is stored, and it indicates that it's stored in /Applications, so you are looking for applications in the wrong folder.
Open a Finder window, go to Finder menu (on the menu bar) > Preferences > Sidebar, and mark Applications. Then, close the Preferences window and you will be able to access to the Applications folder in the Finder sidebar. Another option would be to go to View menu (on the menu bar) and type:
/Applications

The refresh function can be found at the end of the address bar in the toolbar. It is that circular arrow icon. I think it is installed there automatically when you install Firefox 8.

One of the things I've found with OS X (at least with Snow Leopard, which is my first excursion into OS X), is that all too often the thumbnail displayed on a file, whether a file created or one downloaded, is a false thumbnail. That is, when you do a Get Info on the file the icon in the upper left is the generic icon for that file type, rather than the thumbnail displayed in Finder. Makes it a bit difficult to copy.
Apparently Finder uses Preview in the background to generate the displayed thumbnail without actually creating one.
What I've resorted to doing, particularly with graphic images, is to process them with GraphicConverter - I have its prefs set to automatially add thumbnails and previews. With an individual file this means opening it in GC and doing a Save As. However, a much easier and faster way is when there are two or more such files; I put them in a common folder and drop the folder onto GC. GC then opens them in a catalog view, in the process adding real thumbnails and previews to each automatically. Doesn't take long to do several hundred files that way.

Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel or adjusting your multicast rate.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first. Networks that have inherent issues can be seen to work differently with different versions of the same software. You might also try moving the Apple TV away from other electrical equipment.

Example - I have a report based on the procedure ,when the user execute that it takes say 3 min. to return rows.
Is there any possible way to capture this session info. for this particular execution of query along with it's execution elapse time?

You can use the dbms_utility.get_time tool (gives binary_integer type value).
1/ Initialize you time and date of beginning :
v_beginTime := dbms_utility.get_time ;
2/ Run you procedure...
3/ Get end-time with :
v_endTime := dbms_utility.get_time ;
4/ Thus, calculate elapsed time by difference :
v_elapsTime := v_endTime - v_beginTime ;
This will give you time elapsed in of 100th of seconds...
Then you can format you result to give correct print time.

I looked at that already. I've done everything it says: check to make sure wireless is working, make sure airplay is enabled, make sure device and apple tv are on the same network blah blah. The icon just isn't there. Unless I skipped a step. AirPlay works when I use it in the music app and in the video app, I jus can't get mirroring to work. In the menu that said "turn system icons on or off", try clicking on the blue writing on the bottom left of that menu that says "restore default icon behaviors".

Hello. A few days ago, I changed my Apple ID username from my old email to my new one. Everything worked fine and I was able to re-login to the App Store, iMessage, etc. A few days later, I got a message from iCloud asking me to login. When I tried to login it failed and I realized that it was using my old Apple ID email to login to iCloud. So I went into accounts and tried to delete that account and add the account with the correct Apple ID. When I tried to delete the account it asked for my iCloud password to confirm, which doesn't work because it is using my old Apple ID. I then tried to add my current iCloud account without deleting the old one, but when I did it said it was already on the device. How do I get the correct ICloud account on my iOS devices?

Log out of the old ID, then login using the new one with the correct pw.
