How do I get the CS6 Master Collection discs mailed?

I am waiting for the CS6 Master Collection - I purchased the CS5.5 upgrade within the window for the free CS6 upgrade, however I need to have the discs shipped. My download speed would take days. How do I proceed with this once the software becomes fully available? Thanks.

I was kind of being patient, knowing that the freebie upgrades would probably be a bit low in the Adobe pecking order. I'll be patient a while longer. Since I just installed the CS5.5 Master Collection, then spent a couple of days updating settings, plugins, etc., I'm not looking forward to doing it all again with CS6 - except for some of the new features I'm dying to try out.

I downgraded from CC to CS6, and Acrobat XI is now in trial mode. How can I use the Acrobat X that comes with the CS6 Master Collection disc? Should I uninstall Acrobat XI then install Acrobat X? What about de-/reactivation?

I've read about deactivating/reactivating with Photoshop. If applicable, how is that done?

I'm unable to install Adobe Acrobat X from the CS6 Master Collection. How do I get it installed?

I received an error message when trying to install from the new CS6 that was pushed out to our computers at work. I found my old Adobe Acrobat 10 and reinstalled it. It works okay now.

Mac - Installer failed to initialize. (etc) HELP! I can't install the CS6 Master Collection Suite.

When I begin the installation for the CS6 Master Collection, I get an effor saying, "We've encountered the following issues" and below it says, "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem." I have already downloaded it, and it didn't help at all. I've tried repairing disk permissions and rebooting, but nothing yet. I have a Mac, and this is my first time installing ANY adobe products on it besides air and flash (of course).

ToMeR did you purchase the middle eastern version from Adobe directly? If so then please see Find a download link on Adobe.com for information on how to download your purchased software. If you purchased the software from a reseller then I would recommend contacting them for installation files.

Why does the CS6 Master Collection Suite take up so much RAM on a computer??

so, if, i brought the CS6 Master Collection Suite i would need more RAM on my computer right?
because, my apple computer only has 4GB of memory and that program needs 4GB of RAM.
I would need to add more memory to my apple computer say upgrade it to maybe 8GB of RAM??
But, i don't understand why does that suite need so much memory or RAM on a computer??
could i just only download the programs i really need onto my apple laptop and maybe that
would free up some memory or RAM so that the program wouldn't end up using all of the memory
on my computer could i just do that??

Mzpretty3 you can find the system requirements for CS6 Master Collection at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-system-requirements.html#CS6_Master_ Collection_system_requirements. For Mac OS we recommend a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and if you are going to do heavy photo or video editing then you will want to have at least 8 GB of RAM available.
Please also be aware that the installation will require at least 15.5 GB of hard drive space. This is separate from the amount of RAM which you have installed.

Try cleaning the lens and see if that will restore functionality to the DVD drive. Use a DVD lens cleaning disk, if you have a can of compressed air, shoot some into the slot or wrap a fine microfiber cloth (eyeglasses cleaning cloth) around a business card and insert it gently inside the slot.
If no success, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar and get a free diagnosis from them.

Problems with the CS6 Master Collection disk image (invalid checksum)

I have problems downloading the trial for CS6 Master Collection for MacOS X.
I've tried downloading using the Download Assistant, both as a privileged and an unprivileged user, and have also tried the direct download as both privileged and unprivileged. Each time I've waited until the download was complete before trying to install, but every time the disk image fails to open, complaining of an "invalid checksum".
I've tried mounting the disk image without validating the checksum, but while I can then run the installer, the installation fails due to lack of privileges – again, this is regardsless of user privileges. I've also tried deleting the preferences and cache-files for Download Assistant, but to no avail.
Can anyone confirm that the english version of the CS6 Master Collecion disk image is working and can be mounted without error on MacOS X 10.7? I have now downloaded and re-downloaded the disk image at least eight times, and while I have a fast Internet-connection, this is getting tedious.

I just downloaded the DMG from Adobe.com using the trial and it mounts fine. I was able to start the installation.
I did not get a checksum error or any other error.

I have CS6 Master Collection on my old computer, and wish to download it onto my new one (Windows 8).
I've reviewed past forums on here and links the provided seem to be outdated/expired/etc. Howerever, if I've simply missed one, please feel free to shoot the link this way.
I see how to download individual CS6 programs separately, but wish to download the collection as a package.

How do I get the CS6 versions now?

I am a happy Creative Cloud subscriber and have been since Day 1.
That said, I was recently excited to see CC versions released, so I installed them all and removed the CS6 versions. Mistake. Currently, this is not Adobe's fault, but on Premiere Pro CS6, I use a Matrox MXO2 LE w/ MAX which REALLY accelerates render times. I forgot to check about CC support before uninstalling CS6, and in typical Matrox fashion, their drivers/support for CC are not ready.
So, I have a project to complete and need to go back to CS6.
I know that previous you could download and install the Creative Suite CS6 Trial for Master Collection and use your Adobe ID to log in and "activate" the trial as full version. I could not find CS6 Trial on Adobe's site and even the direct links from other sites were broken.
Fortunately, I actually did save a copy of the Trial from CS6's release so I was safe. But for others that need to revert, I suggest offering these links/download.

How do I get the albums (from CD Disc) off my iPad onto my new Computer (Macbook Air)

I had a Windows PC, this was the original computer that all the apple devices used to get music, apps etc.
I updated to a Macbook Air and want to get the Albums (CD Discs) from my iPad onto my computer, so I can use this computer as the base.
Instead of removing the old computer, I just turned on Home share so I have my Apple Store purchased music, but it will not load the albums I had.
Any way of getting it onto the Macbook?

How can I get the CS6 CD ?

I need this for class. I have a free upgrade and I was told no CD were being mailed out and now I can't even access it on the site. If you all knew you were switching over to this creative cloud stuff you could have at least mailed out the CD to those who requested it. This is so very unprofessional.

I purchased the CS6 Master Collection and it will not install on my Mac.

I keep getting an Installation Failed message- It says Inconsistency in the installer database. I have tried restarting my computer but this does not help. My Mac is fairly new - about 8 months old and is running the OS X 10.8.2. Any ideas??

Great !!! now follow the below steps :-
1) Uninstall all the Adobe products ,
2) Run the cleaner tool
Delete the following folders :-
Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
and then re-install the software.
